Great service from Benjamin Long at this store. He went above and beyond to help. Great service from the delivery staff too. AVS Fencing will be the first place I look for future outdoor tasks.

Communication wasn’t good. The company failed to let me know delivery date until I phoned to enquire 7 days after placing the order

Unfortunately our experience with AVS…

Unfortunately our experience with AVS Fencing was very stressful. We were given a delivery date for decking but at 3pm that afternoon we were told tomorrow. The next day after 3pm we were told definitely tomorrow. Today i phoned to say we would have to cancel the order as we had had time off for the delivery now there was no time to build it We were told it was on the wagon and on its way. To be fair they had 6 drivers off with covid but knowing that they should have contacted us in the morning so we could go to work. At 17.35 i phoned the company to ask if the order was still coming but no one there so assumed not and cancelled the order. 10 mins later it arrived.3 days off work wasted because we were not kept up to date. Total lack of courtesy. Will not use again or recommend

i believe the management team at your delivering branch did call after the delivery to extend our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

The products are very good quality at…

The products are very good quality at great prices, very pleased. Staff at Havant are very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Special thanks to your delivery driver today. He went over and beyond to help my wife accept this delivery and I apologise for being unexpectedly absent, his helpfulness was a credit to him and your company. You may pass this on to him.

Very poor communication, but…

Very poor communication, to the ping that I had to ring up to ask when my next day delivery was a week later. That said, happy with the driver lifting it into our garden, over the hedge. Decking planks are great quality.
