I have been a customer of AWeber for years. Today was another confirmation of why I stick with this company. Justin in customer service helped me not only resolve and issue (I created), but helped me understand why this happened and how to avoid it in the future.
In addition, Justin was kind, professional, and patient as I brainstormed with him how to best implement my vision.

Aweber Doesn't Make It Easy To Cancel Subscriptin
Aweber makes it almost impossible to cancel once you sign on as a subscriber. I've tried cancelling on laptop, cell phone and Ipad, however the platform will not allow me to follow through with the cancellation. It appears the only with to cancel would be to cancel my credit card which is so frustrating.
Had a problem with deliverability andâŠ
Had a problem with deliverability and contacted the suppport. So the answer came fast within hours while i did something else.
The problem was solved within 24 hours and now all e-mails got sent. The support is incredible fast and helping.
