Purchased an item via Boohoo. It arrived and looks nothing like the description online. I want to return it but the Azura return portal constantly comes up with an error message saying 'workflow error' and the website does not allow you to complete the contact for due to a 'temporary error'. I would not recommend this company.
Painful returns experience
Bought from Azura through Brandalley
The purchase arrived on time, but with no return label. Which is ok, I guess, but requesting the return label took over a week of daily emailing back and forth. The online chat bot couldnât recognise any of the order numbers ( wasnât clear which one to use as there were few as I bought through Brandalley)
In the end not Azura, but Brandalley helped me with generating the return label
Now I am chasing the update on the return, as it could only be traceable through Evri up to a certain point and then they advise to contact Azura.
Still waiting for the confirmation of returned goods
Will definitely avoid buying from them in the future

The dress arrived late and when I asked to return was sent to a bot. After many attempts to return sending me to portals that say they are blocked etc. I am now being told that the item isnt returnable. I have had it 3 days and when I bought no notice of non returnable status. THIS COMPANY IS BAD PLEASE DO NO USE

Misleading photos/Delayed delivery
Misleading photos, cheap quality, and sizing that makes no sense. Shipping was painfully slow, customer service was unhelpful, and returning the item was a nightmare. Definitely not worth the moneyâshop elsewhere. I really hope people at this company have a conscience for the customers they fool.

i placed an order through debeham on the 9th of november, the item was delivered on the 25th of november, the item was not as described so i had to return. read lots of reviews about them and had to contact their customer service through email for return, a lin was sent which i used in generating a return code. returned the item through their stated courier, sent the tracking code and an email to the same customer service with a receiptof confirmation on the 27th. TILL DATE NO REFUND HAS BEEN ISSUED, I HAVE SENT COUNTLESS EMAILS TO THEM YET NO ANSWER.
Item delivered was very poor, the bag was full of treads pulling out, poor design, do not believe what they state on their website. customer service is very poor. I NEED MY MONEY BACK.

I ordered some tops via Debenhams and need to return them as they too big. However the returns portal doesnt work as they have associated an incorrect email address to my order. Have sent so many emails but not got a reply yet. Feel rather frustrated as I'm going away for a long break and not sure how to sort this! Spoke to the online team and waiting for the matter to be escalated!

I did some digging and itâs pretty obvious most of the âpositive reviewsâ here are written by their own staff. I wouldnât touch this company again. Theyâre nothing but scammers and conmen!!!

I wish I could have given no stars. Goods arrived fairly quickly. But not liked and badly sized. Have been trying for 24 hours to register a return. Repeatedly asked for an order number only on a chat screen. Only to be told all the numbers provided in emails and paperwork in package are not recognised. Customer service replied to me email with a link which takes me back to the chat page. Who refer you back to customer services. I will continue to persue the refund through any means available to me. I will never use this company again. And will warn others not too as well
I have since this review been in email contact with somebody more helpful and apologetic from customer service.
They have now provided returns information. I am hopeful that the refund will be forthcoming without further delay.
Never received the glasses
I bought a pair of Azureaerie glasses over a month ago- Order# AZU18986 and still haven't received it as of today. Got 1 email after ordering it and no shipping status updates at all. I contacted the company by email and haven't heard from them ever.

I ordered (via Debenhams) a very expensive ring, this was returned to DBZ (Azure fashion Ltd) via special delivery tracked and signed for (received by them on the 29th May) I have still not had a refund - the excuse being given is that I used special delivery and not tracked 48 hours (tracked 48 hours only covers you for £250 -I paid extra for special delivery so as it was insured to the value of the item...please note the postage label they sent me was still the one that was attached to the parcel ). Despite numerous emails I still have no refund and am £1200 out of pocket.
Dreadful company to deal with. For those ordering from the UK don't be fooled by the Azura Fashion UK name - it is actually based in another country!

So its now been almost two months and still no refund. I have sent proof of returns several times, Debenhams got involved but are not interested and Im now on email number 22. They are claiming to have refunded the money although will not tell me where but I have had nothing and suspect never will. How Debenhams agree to be associated with these thieving scumbags is beyond me. Avoid at all costs
