However, we must make it clear that we are an independent car dealership and not the manufacturer of the vehicle. Any issues relating to manufacturing or factory defects fall entirely under the responsibility of the vehicle manufacturer. As you have stated, the repairs including the rear axle replacement, fuse box, front sensor, HUD rectification and other electronic components have been carried out under the manufacturers 3 year warranty.

The vehicle was purchased in November 2025 and while we cannot accept responsibility for manufacturer related defects, we remain willing to assist where possible.

We are also sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the temporary denture provided. Temporary restorations are intended as a short-term solution during the healing phase, but they should still meet acceptable functional and aesthetic standards, and we regret if this was not your experience.

Regarding any additional procedures recommended, these are only suggested when clinically necessary to ensure a safe and successful long-term outcome. Any costs should be fully explained and agreed with the patient in advance, and we would like to review why this recommendation was made in your case.

For clarity, you previously raised a on Trustpilot claiming that your vehicle had been left outside. We investigated this immediately and provided you with CCTV evidence showing your car was kept inside a locked and alarmed building while in our care.

You purchased the ITALY speed camera package (Order #12512) and you live in the UK. So you selected an buyed the wrong product.

Then you contacted us during the weekend and before receiving any response on Monday morning, you immediately left a 1-star review calling us scammers.

So you are complaining about a mistake you made yourself without even giving us the standard business response time. We already replied on Monday morning to explain why you were not seeing speed cameras on your system.
