Thank you for sharing your feedback. We value our customers' opinions and take them seriously. However, we feel it’s important to address several inaccuracies in your reviews placed from multiple accounts for no reason as you have your money back as you have falsely claimed chargeback through your bank by telling them this is unauthorised transaction which is miss leading when every communication was transparent and in writing in between.

You have kept the item -Filed a charge back with your bank by giving them the reason as unauthorised transaction means not done by you - Then got your money back

We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. We hope you will take this opportunity to resolve the situation fairly. Should you wish to discuss this matter further, please feel free to contact us directly. We take all feedback seriously and always strive to resolve any issues promptly.
