Note with order not added
The order arrived later than expected and the note had not been added to the order therefore the recipient didn't know who the gift was from. Maybe this was because I didn't leave a tip? Happy with the quality of the product, very nice, but disappointed with the service.

Hi Samantha. I am so sorry that you were not happy with the service provided. Looking at your order I can see it was made on the 30th of June and was collected by Royal Mail from
ourselves on the 2nd of July. Which is in line with our turnaround for shipping.
Unfortunately we are not able to control when Royal Mail deliver the item. I can see from the tracking that it was accepted at the delivery address on July 6th which is normal for Royal Mails signed for service. Just to address your point above about the item arriving later than expected. This was actually in line with a normal delivery turnaround.
Our sincere apologies if the note left was not included with the item. We do not routinely offer a service that provides a note to customer in an order. The notes section is used for a customer to communicate with ourselves directly about the order they are placing. But does not guarantee a delivery note will be left inside a particular order.

Placed order on 17th June
Placed order on 17th June, I’ve had a confirmation of order and that’s it, not received
items or any delivery notification, I sent numerous emails and had no communication from them whatsoever. Really angry as I spent a lot of money and still no item received.

Customer did place this order on the 17th. Items were dispatched and shipped via Royal Mail on the 20th. Which was the next working day after order was placed. At the time of shipping customer was sent an automatic shipping email containing the Royal Mail Tracking ID. This happens automatically once an item is shipped and was sent to the customers registered email address. One email was received from customer about this item having not been received on the 29th of June. Which was replied to and again we supplied the Royal Mail tracking ID with this email. Customer emailed again in the evening of the 2nd of July (Saturday). This was replied to on the next day 3rd July (Sunday) again reiterating the tracking ID and explaining to the customer that as a store we are not responsible for a delay that a courier like Royal Mail may have incurred in delivering the customers package. All our UK items are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd class and as of yet the item is not classed as "late" by Royal Mails standards. This has all been explained to the customer. I am yet to receive a reply. Thank you.

Customers order was dispatched within our stated turnaround time. Customer was supplied via registered email address a shipping notification. This contained her Royal Mail tracking ID. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for the time frame that a courier takes to deliver an order once it has left us. Customers first contact with us about this was from themselves in an email after posting this negative review.

Fantastic service. I purchased x 2 XL blankets both an all-year round print and one that's been put away for christmas as it's a festive print!! Great quality, cuddly and look fantastic in my living room!!

The delivery time was good. Product not good.
The delivery time was good, the communication via the Shop app was good but the product was a let down. The bag feels very cheap and the fabric feels very thin. I’m worried that if my child put a book or anything similar in it then it will rip. I bought it whilst it was on sale and it wasn’t even worth the reduced amount.

I believe the customer is referring to the Fidget Toy back packs that we stock as this would be the only bag item on our store. Since launching these items we have collectively sold into the thousands of them. This would be the very first negative mention about the bags quality even after all the many sales on this item. After using these bags ourselves on a long European road trip in the latter half of 2021. They were heavy duty road tested and never once failed. Despite being heavily loaded with books and toys constantly throughout all the weeks we were on the road.
