Back Alley Music レビュー 

I've been hunting for a particular guitar for a while and found one on reverb sold by Back Alley Music. I placed my order and had immediate excellent communication. Within a few days my order arrived on a day chosen by me. The guitar had been re strung and setup to perfection and packaged very thoroughly to protect it during transport. The service I received was second to none and would absolutely use them again.

They were very helpful (Chris & Steve), very prompt & polite with their replies to my questions - for the first time in a long time it felt like dealing with a human company rather than some huge business + they didn't bombard me with "how did we do" emails every 2 minutes, I chose to do this review and I will certainly shop with these guys again. Over the years I've bought a number of guitars and accessories online and this would rank up there with the very best experience. I snapped up a Guild B240 E acoustic bass, new and in it's orginal box. Email enquiries before I purchased were answered very quickly and accurately. The guitar was shipped and delivered exactly on time as advised and the care taken in packing the instrument to avoid damage in transit was fantastic. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Back Alley Music (and thanks Steve)

Bought a second hand Squier Jazz Bass VI - price was too good to pass up - on 06/03/26 and it's in my hands on 10/03/26.

Great customer care. I’ve been a customer over several years. Nothing is too much trouble. Honest and reliable. It’s always a friendly welcome. I’d say Back Alley Music is head and shoulders above other stores that I have dealt with.

I have used Back Alley Music a few times now and they are an excellent music shop. They helped me recently when my instrument developed a fault and they swiftly sorted the issue with great communication. I made a trip up to the store and I was really impressed with the stock and expertise they have! Definitely a great music shop and will use again.

I have been buying and exchanging instruments through Back Alley for many years. Steve and Chris are honest and very knowledgeable. They always seek to be fair and transparent in any dealings and we always have a laugh too - especially when I present them with some weird and wonderful instrument to either p/x or to sell on commission. We should all support these smaller independent music stores where relationships and integrity are paramount.

It's rare that I voluntarily search for a business to leave a review but Back Alley Music deserve a positive review.

Guitar ordered from Ireland on Sunday, follow up with personal email from Back Alley Music on Monday to confirm delivery details, Shipped on Tuesday and in my hand on Thursday. Well packed and in perfect condition.

If is doubt then don't worry...these folks know what they are doing.

Purchased an Ozark Parlour resonator online, and the next working day had a phone call from Steve asking me how I wanted it set up. It was dispatched later that same day and arrived in perfect condition, well packed, and with a good starting setup (which I can tweak as I get used to the instrument).

Personal service, quick delivery and a good instrument - can't think of anything missing here. Highly recommended!

Ordered a Ibanez AF2, I was a little sceptical at first as the website looks a little outdated but the service was first class! Personal emails (no automated robots!) and fast safe delivery. Wish I lived closer to visit as all my local instrument shops have gone and tore a hole in the community. Support these shops where you can as they are becoming quite rare. Thankyou.

I purchased a line 6 amplifier from Back Alley Music back in December and at first i hadn't heard of the place due to it being in a different part of the uk but the process was very quick and "Steve " from Back Alley was great would 100% shop here again.

The amp was exactly as described and had the best packaging I've ever seen and i buy a lot of stuff online haha <3

I phoned the shop for advice on buying a mandolin to give someone as a gift as I had no idea what to get. I usually end up with someone pushing me to spend more money than I want to, but this was not the case, I got a real nice instrument inside my budget.
I originally had an electric mandolin in mind but after chatting for some time with Chris, he advised me that to go for a better quality acoustic, that would cost the same would be a better option.
I know where to go for my next instrument, many thanks guys.

I purchased a Mahalo Solid Body Bass Ukulele from Back Alley Music. The instrument is fantastic, and exactly as per the photo and description. BUT what was most impressive was the service. Steve, in the shop, personally took the package to the post office to speed up the delivery for me and ensured I was informed of progress. I am really grateful for this and it showed a level of service that is becoming more rare. Well done Back Alley Music - I will be shopping here again

I was looking for a Fender CD60S Mahogany Guitar. Everywhere was sold out with a delivery date of a few months except Back Alley Music. I had never heard of them but decided to buy the Guitar and see what happens. I found some reviews online which were positive. I received an email the next day to thank me for my business and that the Guitar had been posted. It arrived within a few day, It was well packaged and immaculate.
