Today, 4 weeks later, still haven't received anything.
If you ask questions by email, you will receive an answer... it is on its way.

Is this company a scam?

Almost a month now after placing an order & I have not received the order. My first round of communications with BSM resulted in them not even being able to locate my order. After providing screenshots of the order, receipt, etc., they finally claimed to locate my order & stated “it will be sent out within 6 days from now”. Well, that was 7 days ago & still, no progress. Unfortunately, BSM has forced me to contact the creditors & seek a refund through them. Lesson learned & will never purchase from BSM again.

Customer Unsatisfied Not Totally Satisfied.

If I were allowed to use strong language I would probably say something like …Truly f¥cking awful thieving w@nkers that clearly don’t give a f¥ck. Four emails with auto responses, one direct to warehouse no reply. Not even the courtesy of an acknowledgement. I bet they do now the useless thieving sh/ts……………………………….
But that kind of language would be inappropriate so I’ll just say DON’T USE THIS COMPANY. Ever, please. Claim your money back via your bank.

WHY ARE COLDPLAY USING THIS COWBOY COMPANY

Purchased two Coldplay Albums 3 weeks ago. Have not heard anything from them despite numerous emails which never ever get replied to. There are no phone numbers. It feels like the biggest scam at the moment and surely Coldplay should user a provider that actually delivers. This is totally horrendous service. Do not use.

Very poor service, delayed pre-ordered goods

Pre-ordered some merch in June 2024 for delivery 4 October 2024. A few days after the delivery date has passed I get an email saying due to 'unprecedented demand' my order is delayed. Errr whats the point of pre-order then?? So I am still waiting for my order, its 12 days late at the time of writing this and BSI merch have had my money since June. There is no telephone number available and everytime you email, it takes +24hrs to get a response and each time it is different person who has not looked at the case. Very poor service.

Weeks to arrive

Going away Oct 18th, bought a t shirt 21st Sept to go, it is now 14th Oct and not even sent yet😠, emailed and got the same old message, will be sent within 5 working days, which they did state would happen when they received my order, not happy

im Juli 2 Coldplay Shirts bestellt, im Juli erhalten aber die falschen mit der Info die Größen sind nicht mehr verfügbar. Sendung zurückgesendet und die Erstattung dafür erhalten nachdem man wieder 3x nachgefragt hat. Also eine neue Größe bestellt ende Juli, zwischenzeitlich keine Infos bekommen zum Versand. Im August auf Nachfragen die Info erhalten das die Sendung sich verzögert ich soll im September noch einmal nachfragen. Im September nachgefragt, und die Info erhalten Artikel ist nicht mehr Lieferbar. HÄ? Wie funktioniert das bitte? Im Shop ist der Artikel weiterhin verfügbar. Geld ist jedenfalls nach der Beschwerde unverzüglich zurückerstattet worden. Würde nie wieder dort bestellen.

Bestellung Coldplay T-Shirt

Habe am 19. August 2024 ein T-Shirt von Coldplay bestellt. Das Geld wurde auch schon per PayPal eingezogen, allerdings habe ich nie eine Bestellbestätigung geschweige denn eine Versandbestätigung erhalten. Und dabei habe ich extra die Versandart "mit Sendungsverfolgung" gewählt.
Kontaktdaten findet man auf der Website auch nicht...
Sollte ich in den nächsten Tagen keine Rückmeldung erhalten, werde ich versuchen, dass Geld zurück buchen zu lassen.

Pointless!!

I placed an order over 3 weeks ago which I am still yet to receive, I have chased my order numerous times and keep being told the same thing that my order will be dispatched within 5 days, that started 2 weeks ago, and today I have been told the same again that my order will be dispatched within 5 days. Totally unprofessional, this was for a gift for someone which is now very late. Constant lie's, happy to take my money, yet I have nothing to show for it!!!

Great store to deal with!

Been shopping for ghost merch from this store for two years now and never had a single problem. Great customer service with plenty updates on orders regarding processing and delivery. Fair pricing too!

I paid for 1 day premium shipping on my…

I paid for 1 day premium shipping on my foo fighters tshirt on the 14th of May. I contacted them on the 17th and 20th and was told it was preorder and would ship mid-May on 23rd May Which already passed! I got a sarcastic email from customer services telling me about processing and shipping times being different. I then received an update on 30th May saying will ship on 5th June. On 5th June another update saying my order will ship 12th June. Which is nearly a month past and no tshirt. I want my money back I have had enough of this company making promises. My concert is on the 15th which means I will not get my shirt on time. I am furious with this joke company. Refund asap I have had enough of BSIMerch who are complete amateurs selling tshirt products they do not have in stock! Totally spoilt my experience and I will be contacting the Foo fighters management to highlight this part of the UK business which I am sure they are unaware of. Ridiculous emails received which keep apologizing and saying “ Rock On”. Well BSIMerch, I won’t be doing that any longer with you!

The worst experience ever

The worst experience ever

That’s the second time this happened
I paid more for tracking parcel. They never gave me the tracking number, first mistake. I had to wait for almost a month. After I sent them an e-mail they answered with an automated message telling me to ask the neighbour if they received the parcel, the registered parcel, or the post office. I didn’t wait for you to tell me that, I have ordered again in my life. They ask me to wait 30-50 working days, probably they sent it with a donkey from the UK to Greece. I waited, nothing came. After 5 or 6 messages they decided to send me the tracking number, this has to be the first thing to do. Second mistake. I called UPS and they told me that the package arrived but the address and/or my phone number wasn’t on the parcel so they couldn’t find me and they sent it back, that’s not the first time I am ordering via paypal, never happened except with backstreetmerch. Third mistake. They didn’t even check the tracking number to see that they got it back, I had to do this. Although they got the parcel they said that they need a proof of that. If you check the tracking number you will see who and when got the parcel, don’t make buyers do your job. After a claim via paypal and countless useless messages I got a refund. Do you want me to continue to count the mistakes? Obviously they don’t know how to work and they don’t respect our time and money. They order was almost €300. Avoid them

I'm having a bad experience with this…

I'm having a bad experience with this company , the shipping arrived at my city just to end up being sent straight back and the address label weren't on the package or something and not sure why this error has happened , they seem fairly professional trying to resend it and resolve the matter but admin replays to each message of correspondence takes up to 48hrs for a reply so it's really slow to get it resent again , they use amazon shipping to deliver it but they have no info about no order so that seems dodgy also , to be blunt I don't have faith in there services the customer support is very poor with long 2 day wait for reply each email , I won't use again unless they give me reason to see it's a one off and they are better than this usually , I'm now updating my review in the past few days admin have worked to resolve the issue and have been very good helping resolve this so it's restored a bit more faith in the company I understand mistakes can happen , the merch arrived and I'm happy with it , and the professionalism of resolving my issue , for this reason I am changing my review to 1 star to 3 stars

It is concerning to read that this may have been due to no label being present on the package but if this was the case then it would not have been able to leave the warehouse / make it so far in the postage system with no information printed.

Absolutely hopeless & their customer…

Absolutely hopeless & their customer service is abysmal.... They sent me the wrong item (a tote bag) when I had paid for an LP. After I let them know of their mistake they demanded proof of said item ie a video of the bag....then said they would be gratious enough to send me a free replacement (as in send me the item I had bought & paid for) but only when & after I found the time to go to the post office & pay for the return of the wrongly sent item. So have been back & forth with them holding out hope that they would be kind enough to send a return label for the bag, they are very resistant to that & are still expecting me to pay for & find time to post & bag I didn't order...still no LP you know the 1 that I have fully paid for & still no return label. Thanks guys my wife didn't get her Christmas present....but thanks again

Mis-sold Black Friday offer

My son is a huge Coldplay fan and bought some merchandise in the Black Friday promotion, with the promise of a free mystery tee… which failed to arrive. After many emails to and from customer services, the latest (from a team leader!) says “the promotion has expired and we’re unable to assist you”. Appalling treatment and one of the most frustrating shopping experiences ever. Why can’t you just fulfil your promise, rather than enticing young fans to spend their money with mid-sold promotions!

Update: Although nice to receive a reply, the response from backstreetmerch is very disappointing, with no attempt to resolve my query and honour the promotion.

Hey Majda, many thanks for your honest comments. We understand this relates to there being a Mystery Tee on orders over £50 or €45 during a particular period. Customers did need to add this item to their baskets and the item was clearly listed on the store above all other products to encourage this behaviour from customers. We are sorry that our team were not able to retrospectively add this promotion to your order, but this is in keeping with the terms and conditions of the offer period

Merry fkn Christmas

My order was a colorful christmas sweater.
I got a black hoodie.
For their mistake they wanted me to return item before they would sent correct one, send them info on my paypal acc so they would refund shipping cost, (I would have to pay import tax again on second shipment).
I explained I´m a sailor (can´t be jumping around town doing errands for them and receiving packges anytime) and onboard is a tradition of a group picture with all in xmas sweaters, I´ll this year being the one in a black hoodie with grotesque statements on it.
Wasted time.

Revision after reply from company.
You actually tryed to turn this in your favor by repeating the obvious regarding proper comerce.
Didn´t make you look any better, I´m still not your errandrunner across the continent and last x-mas is not returning anytime soon.
Simple sorry would have looked better.

Hi there Jon, many thanks for your honest comments regarding your experience. Very occasionally, some customers can find they receive the wrong items due to honest human error as we pack all orders individually for each customer.
We can understand it must be frustrating to have to return the incorrect item before the correct one can be sent, but this is our company policy and when this instance does occur we need to be sent the incorrect item before we can reimburse and send the correct item just so that our systems are able to track the order all the way through.

Only bother to send things if you prompt them.

I ordered a limited edition item from the site the second it dropped. Great, payment went through.
Almost a month goes by, still no item, shipping page still says the label has been created.
I contacted the company to see what was going on. It took 3 days for them to sort it out. They refunded the item, but i'm absolutely soured by this experience.
It's not the first time i've had this issue with the company.

Disappointing customer service…

Disappointing customer service honestly. Brought a hoodie over a month ago with no information of when it was going to be sent out. I decided to contacted them this week just to be told they were completely sold out. Received a refund but I probably wouldn't have been informed on this situation if I hadn't chased it up. I don't understand why I couldn't have been informed earlier instead of waiting to get any sort of update.
