I must say that this is the absolute worst quality of meat I have ever put in my mouth. Buyer beware if it’s too good to be true. Guess what we learned a very hard lesson and would like to make others... もっず芋る

The customer service was great

The customer service was great! They answered my emails right away and listened to what my issues were, and made them right. Very satisfied with the outcome. As for the product, the burger was good and the so called rib eye was tasty. Very, very thin, but tasty. The chicken was not to our liking, but it wasn't terrible.

wrong package delivered

I tried to order the kit, and both times I was sent the wrong cuts of meat. They did apologize and are taking 50$ off my next order. I am hopeful the next one will be correct.

Glad We Ordered!

Every piece of meat we got and have eaten has. been really, really good! We received our order very quickly and it was packed (with ice packets) really well. Ordering was super easy too.

some parts of the ny strip steaks were like beef paste. Wierd. Tried to just purchase ribeye deal as a test before I
bought meat off the back of a truck.
Was upsold lowest sampler pack. Should have trusted my “you get what you pay for”. Should have used my 150
to buy 4 nice real steaks. Pleasant but
aggressive salesperson.

The meat was very tough and grisly. It had a liver like texture. It was hard to season. Even grilling it didn’t make it taste any better.
