UPS hatte mein Paket beim Zoll verschlampt und der Kundenservice von Bad Dragon ist mir entgegengekommen und hat mein Produkt neu anfertigen lassen (schneller als die gewöhnliche Produktionszeit). Zoll und Versandtgebüren hab ich komplett erstattet bekommen. Das warten hat sich gelohnt.

I had some issues with the order and even outside the stated chancellation policy they helped me cancel and resubmit the order. Everything arrived quicker than said and the quality is very high. Forget about all the old bad reviews. They do a great job, even if its very expensive. You get very good quality.

Currently waiting for this company to get its act together and provide a solution to a missing shipment valued over $500. Apparently the order got lost in transit by UPS and it took a few emails to get them to file a claim as they kept telling me I needed to (which wasn't what UPS was saying). Long story short UPS noted they sent a claim response to their shipping department over 4 weeks ago (February 7th). I reached out a week ago informing them of this and I continue to wait with no tangible information on what is going on. Going to give this 1 more week and file a fraud claim against them and claw my money back. How do you even run a business this poorly and stay afloat? Ordered custom toys from Mr. Hankey at the same time and had my order in-hand in 4 days.

I've gotten three toys from them and they've all arrived within two-three weeks for me! The longest I waited was their winter break but obviously that's okay!

Bought two in-stock toys on the 28th and they just arrived on the 30th in Germany. This is even faster than some deliveries within the country. Toys are superb quality. Would recommend.

The company loses a star for 2 reasons
1. Shipping is ridiculously expensive if you live outside of America
2.their custom orders are almost always closed (though I’m pretty sure they still tweet whenever they are open so it’s not to hard to get one special made for you
2.1 this isn’t a real point I just wanted to complain that the suction cup is an addition and not an innate part of their models
All that aside I’ve ordered 5 toys from them so far and though the masturbators are kind of hit or miss these are easily the best dildos I’ve ever owned

The other one ripped after a few uses which was sad but I emailed customer service and though their policy written clearly on their site says they don’t allow warranty’s on their extra soft products they are sending me a replacement free of charge

I ordered a toy already knowing (from what the reviews say) that it takes a long time to ship csutom toys. Ordered from Italy, it was produced in 7 days, shipped in 3, total 10 days to arrive at my house, not bad BD. excellent product by itself, the colors in the photo are not always the same as reality so be careful.

Superb quality and speed. Ordered 2 items internationally (from US to Mexico) and it took 4 days to arrive. Shipping costs, taxes and export fees were included at check-out, and no additional fees were required at delivery. The toys arrived in a plain-brown cardboard box, labeled as "sylicone sculptures', and were well protected. The toys themselves are of excelent quality; soft, solid, with vibrant colors and very detailed textures. Very happy with my purchase. Would definitely order again.

Would suggest seriously considering buying from a shop in your own country, due to if there are issues it is a pain to get them sorted.
Also some of their items seem to have common (known to them) issues of splitting/tearing - hence they sell glue and have even said "due to the extra soft silicone used sometimes tearing occurs when the masturbators stretch to accommodate" - in that case it should be recommended that glue is bought with them or the glue should be given freely with them but it is not and there is no warning ⚠️

They need to do better before shipping to different countries where the customer pays shipping fees (and maybe also customs depending on how much they spent).

I have two toys from them now. At first, I got them just because they looked cool and I could never imagine my medium demon dick fitting inside me, but then I got my small Orochi. 1. Custom Order
Ordered a custom coloured XL Bishop and L Tempestt in signature. This order took almost 2 mths. Completely disheartening when I’m seeing huge discounts on “pre-made” Tempestt while they are trying to “custom” mine.

When I finally got my order, turns out that the Tempestt doesn’t even meet their posted specifications. Website says 13.25” circumference shaft, in reality it’s 11”.

2. Horrible customer service
Ordered 3 pre-made toys, a week later they still haven’t shipped and then they dropped the price. I asked if they would price match them since they still haven’t shipped. Response was no but you can cancel the order and re order it at the lower price which will never happen given how they setup their website. I told them to just ship, that was a couple days ago and I don’t have a response and the status says held.

Dealing with customer service for my initial custom order was also a nightmare. Took over a week of back and forth to arrive back to my original request.

I’m honestly fed up with Bad Dragon. Ordered 3 different shipments from Hankeys Toys, two were custom and they all came in faster. Had some customer service issues but they resolved it within a day.

Hopefully this will light a fire for them to ship order 2090328 (3 premades ordered > week ago) and the Tempesst that doesn’t meet their own specs from Order
2056567. If it doesn’t I’m taking my money elsewhere and I highly suggest you do too! There’s a lot of great toy manufacturers looking to earn your business.

The toys are expensive and wait times are long (4-6w) as they batch shipping. Despite "actual colours may vary" on the custom colour simulator, they can vary unacceptably to the point of failing QA, entitling UK customers to a refund under Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Customer service fails to address simple questions and instead cagily skirt around disclosing why this issue is happening so the customer can choose alternative colours which will hopefully not run into the same issue. Even the photos they take of the QA-failing toy don't accurately represent the real colours. When asking which colours will most accurately represent the simulated image, no response is given, indicating a complete lack of knowledge. Who's supposed to be the expert here?

This is my first time commissioning custom colours and it's failed QA after 27 days of waiting - very poor show. If you want your colours correct, go for a standard arrangement, don't waste $32.62 picking your own because you probably won't get them.

Issue yet to be resolved.

Allot of the 1 star reviews are from 2020 and before, if you're considering this company only read the 2021 onwards as those are the currect issues. I own 24 of their toys, both pentratable and penetrating, small-xl, soft-firm, all are great, one warning is to not buy any of the tighter penetratables if you're a thicker guy as they will tear, my rowan, jt, and snowball have all had mild tears but still work great, look up BD penetratable tightness guide. Very expensive company but very high qaulity.
