I follow my returns to make sure I receive credit. Most vendors do it quickly now. This one took 2 months and only AFTER I followed up with them after a month. Different people got back to me at each turn via email, making it even more difficult to track. I did, finally, receive my refund so I gave them a neutral rating, but I won't be ordering from them in the future.

Answered quickly and the return questions were handled efficiently. Very patient and kind.

Trixy was super helpful and kind when I called about my order. I forgot to use my 20% off code online and she graciously adjusted my order. Great customer service. I'm hoping to love my new items as much as I enjoy my current ones.

I am very disappointed with this company. I have purchased running shorts in the past and never had a problem. I recently ordered and received a new pair of running shorts. Unfortunately, the company sent the wrong size. I ordered XL and I received a M. I love their product but no fan of their customer service skills. I ordered and paid for in good faith for an item. The company sent the wrong size. I have been reaching out to Baleaf for about week no less than 6 times via email, their return portal and messages left with voice mail. I even tried their online live chat with no response. The customer service with this company is awful. I truly don’t know how they stay in business. Doug W.

I have contacted the company asking for a return label, as the leggings I purchased were too large. According to their web page, this shouldn’t be an issue as I have contacted them in a timely manner. I simply cannot get any response other than an email asking me to rate “the support I received”??? I responded again asking for the return label and have
emailed them in a third time, with zero response. I wouldn’t recommend this company due to their poor customer service.

I would like to update this by saying I received a very prompt, nice response from BaleF and the matter has been resolved. Based on this interaction I would change my customer service rating to 5 ⭐️

Aaron helped me resolve an issue with a return. I purchased fleece lined leggings as a Christmas gift for my daughter. I decided to shop early so I purchased them at the end of November. My daughter tried them on after Christmas and said they were too small. I tried to return them and get something else
for her from Baleaf. I couldn't make the return because I missed the 30 day deadline by a day or two and I was too early for the 3 month window for a return starting in late November through February. I was so upset because my daughter and I both love clothing from Baleaf and have never had an issue before. The person I first dealt with said he was sorry but that was the policy. I thought it was unfair since it was a Christmas gift and I was just a day over the 30 day window and a day shy of the extended return window. I sent an email explaining the situation and Aaron, the supervisor, allowed me to return the item and order something else and even waived the shipping and $5.00 return fee. It restored my "belief in Baleaf!" I was planning to quit purchasing from Baleaf. Now I am a very satisfied customer! Thank you Aaron!

The agent still got the order incorrect. I asked for a large, light blue long sleeve shirt. It appears to be small. She was very nice, but clearly did not understand what I was asking despite being very specific in what I wanted.

Edit: Was fixed quickly after emailing the agent. Updated my rating to reflect their response.

Not sure this is a legitimate company. Beware! I was scammed out of money by placing an order that never shipped. Same thing happened to a friend of mine!

I have purchased several of Baleaf's products and their quality is excellent! Their customer service is also top notch in the off chance you have an issue with an item.

When only part of my order arrived I contacted customer service and they said the second item was on its way and it arrived the next day. The leggings were better than expected!!

I realized as soon as I'd placed the order that I had requested it be sent to an incorrect address. I immediately emailed and called customer service. Within a very short timeframe, Arjay called me back and said that the order information had already been corrected and that the order was being shipped to the corrected address. What a relief!

Hello!! I can’t figure out how to rate my experience. Iam very pleased with this purchase. It’s a gift so I hope it fits. Great customer service when I had to cancel another order. this purchase that a kept arrived on time and faster then expected. Thank you and I will be back!!!

I have had no complaints with Baleaf. Products are of decent quality, fit as their charts describe, and arrive in a reasonable time. I will continue to purchase items from Baleaf.

I love Baleaf. In my opinion, their products are a gold standard for athleisure and athletic wear. I first found them years ago while searching for good quality, comfortable pants and shorts that could securely hold my phone in a comfortable position to listen to audio books. They fit the bill perfectly.
1. Everything I've purchased is excellent quality.
2. The large, secure pockets are positioned on the side of the thigh on many styles. This is ideal for activities that include a lot of squatting and bending. Front pockets are better than nothing, but bending and squatting is difficult with a big phone right in front of where my hip bends.
3. There are several lengths of shorts to choose from.
4. There are different fabrics to choose from depending on the weather.
5. There are fits and styles that can accomodate people of different shapes, sizes, modesty/confidence, and preference for tight, relaxed, or loose fits.
6. They also have work-appropriate styles.
7. My ONLY wish is that they would expand their color palette. I prefer darker colors, and would like more than black, blue, and red. The latter 2 aren't quite dark enough to hide dirt from gardening and building stuff outdoors.
Regarding the website, it is reasonably user-friendly. I'm a web developer, so I always see room for improvement.
Regarding customer service, I haven't had any issues with payments or shipments, and haven't returned anything, so I can't really give informed info about that.
I love their clothes so much, that I've introduced a lot of my friends and family to them.
Since this review is so glowing, I'd like be clear that I have no financial interest in the company. I recommend their clothes because they are great quality and thoughtfully designed to provide practical features that make me happy.

I needed to return items. The return process is very difficult. I did what I was told to do and have never received a refund. I won’t order anything else.
