Bike got delivered real quick. Another store wasted my 2 weeks on waiting time but Balfe's delivered in 2 days. The delivery was also nice.

Extremely delayed!
Order was extremely delayed and I was still charged for postage which was supposed to arrive by Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service. I recommend using an alternative company.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 refers to the delivery service used once an order has been dispatched, rather than a guaranteed delivery within 48 hours of placing the order. Nevertheless, we appreciate that the overall delay fell short of your expectations and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Awful experience from this so called…
Awful experience from this so called bike company. The bikes weren't the right size for my partner or myself despite following their size guide. One bike was faulty and both not as described yet they dug their heels in and made us pay one of the carriage charges to get it returned. Please be aware the bikes are too high even at their lowest point. So disappointed with the service I received and would not recommend using them as their customer service isn't good at all. We are now £50 out of pocket and they are still insisting the bikes were the correct size. We've now ordered some bikes from Amazon. At least I know I will get treated far better there!! Thanks for wasting our time Balfes.
UPDATE:
WITH REGARDS TO BALFES RESPONSE THIS IS NONSENSE AND THEY KNOW IT. THOSE BIKES HAD ISSUES AND THEY WERENT OWNING UP TO IT! BUYERS BEWARE AS THEY WONT PAY YOUR CARRIAGE CHARGE AND THE BIKES ARE SO NOT TRUE TO SIZE.

We’re sorry that the bikes were not suitable for you and your partner, and we understand how disappointing the experience has been.
The sizing information provided was correct and based on the manufacturer’s guidance, although individual fit and comfort can vary. We arranged the return of the bike reported as faulty at no cost. The other bike was returned because the selected size was unsuitable, rather than because of a confirmed fault, so our subsidised £50 return charge applied.
We appreciate this was not the outcome you wanted, but we believe the returns were handled fairly and in accordance with the circumstances of each bike.

Unfortunately, a stock error affected the second bike. We have now spoken with you directly, explained the situation and advised you of the revised expected date. We appreciate the delay and lack of communication have been frustrating, and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
