Alex was super helpful with getting the bike set up and explaining how everything worked with suspension adjustment, the motor etc. being my 1st EMTB bike. Would definitely come back here again.

Quick repair and extra help with a smile
We accidently broke a part on our new Brompton P Line bike. We dropped it off Sunday and it was ready Monday morning! Not only did Alex repair the bike he also checked out the whole bike and put on two lights and the pump. Thank you so much Alex!

Good Quality, tad slow
Had a standard service booked in, and they did as requested, bike rides great now. Took a while for them to get the right parts in, so the whole service took 3 weeks, so bear in mind.

Very friendly, professional and ultimately wants the cockney to be happy
Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Tested the bike around local area and very happy with purchase. But the hard same but genuinely wants the customer to go home happy.

Easy quick communicative service but…
Easy quick communicative service but new tyre makes noise against hub cap as thicker than previous and with my weight doesn't turn as freely hopefully will wear down a bit

Bike Service
My bike service was carried out in a timely fashion. Though I got the bike to the store slightly late the overall experience of getting the bike serviced was done quickly.

I’d never used the bike shop before i…
I’d never used the bike shop before i found it on my way home.
I booked to have a rack fitted to my Brompton
I asked them to look at a couple of other things.
Not only did they do a great job fitting rack but the fixed my other little jobs for no charge.
A week later I had a problem with the gears which they fixed in minutes for no charge.
I can highly recommend this shop.
I’m not an expert or professional bike rider I’m just a bloke that rides a little.

Great staff
I had a great experience with Balfe’s Bikes. Staff knew their stuff and were happy to spend time helping me out. They were responsive to follow up emails and made an effort to make sure my bike purchase was the right one for me. Am looking forward to joining one of their bike shop rides in the next few weeks.
