On all of our charter flights the luggage is included, on certain routes where we use 3rd party suppliers it is not. However the process is easy to add it on.

Great holiday company, Balkan holidays

Really easy website to use, emailed all information explaining how to book in on day. Great price and fantastic flight times. Will definitely use this holiday company again. Fingers crossed Sunny beach as good as been told.

Absolutely dreadful

Absolutely dreadful.

Booked a ski holiday for my family for 2026. Somehow the confirmation came through for 2025.

Called for assistance to be told holiday has been and gone and there is nothing they are willing to do.

This was not human error it was clearly something that’s been changed somewhere and now I’m out pocket by thousands of pounds.

Balkan wouldn’t even offer a discount off another booking.

Taken £3500 for no holiday.

Disgraceful.

We are sorry that you were not satisfied with the outcome of our thorough investigation. Your confirmation came through with the dates that you booked which was Feb 2025. The 2026 "tag" you sent in your screenshot is from your own Google Tag created.

Upon receipt of the confirmation it is your responsibility to check that everything is correct.

Balkan Holidays were invoiced in full for all the services which you booked.

Great Easy Informative Experience

Really easy to navigate website; clear transparent pricing and add on options (i.e. accommodation upgrades, flight changes etc) very simple booking process with clear steps. Good value for money. Was able to search for our specifications - check flight times - look at accommodation features / photos and then choose most appropriate for us. Pricing was clear (either by person or by total) and lots of information given - no guessing. All add on options clearly explained including ski packages / carriage of own equipment etc.

I found booking flights difficult as it doesn’t let me book seats and after contacting Balkan airline they have informed me that I cannot book seats until 14 days prior flight
