Very easy to book great experience with all booking

Balkan’s Best!! We have been using Balkan Holidays for 6 years now, honestly can’t fault their service!

Balkan were very good at all stages of the holiday. Steve, rep in Bansko was particularly helpful. Kempinski hotel was great.
Journey back to airport was late, traffic chaos, confused driver and too hot in the coach. Almost missed the Gatwick flight.

Excellent service from booking the holiday to the representative at resort

I paid the balance of my holiday on 28th March at 10 am. At 4 pm I got an email to say something's had changed on my booking. Change to outbound flight time, change of airport and time for inbound flight due to cancellation of operations from Leeds Bradford. Balkan had to have known! However, a couple of calls and everything resolved. That's what I like about Balkan, You can always discuss the problem and come up with a solution.

Everything went pretty smoothly. Flights great, transfers and hotel good, resort fine. A good budget snowboarding holiday.

The holiday ran smoothly, including the transfers from the airport to and from Bansko. The holiday rep was excellent and very helpful.

Stayed at Hotel Lion at the beginning of March, everything from Newcastle Airport was smooth, on arrival as we'd missed dinner they made us a packed lunch, food was delicious and plentiful for all meals, the swimming pool and spa area nice too, the location for this hotel is brilliant, we walked to the gondola but there was a free bus service which ran frequently. Overall found everything excellent.

skiiing was good with fast pass avoiding a lot of the queuing. ski and boot hire same as always. hotel food good. shower curtain to bath not my favourite. coach transfer not good, drove round Bansko for 1,5 hrs, in the end we demanded to get off and walk to our hotel. them return journey took 4 hours due to poor route decision.this needs-improving. also only just able to get baggage on coach as was absolutely full up.

Flights, hotel Kempinski rep Steve, were all excellent.
Return transfer was very bad. Coach was too hot, driver was late and got lost, we only just made the flight.
