Great solo skiing week in Borovets
Great solo skiing week in Borovets. Simple booking online. Warm and efficient reception once at Sophia Airport with clear instruction for onward journey. Hotel Iglika excellent: modern decor, spotlessly clean, plentiful good food, lovely indoor pool and extensive spa. Resort reps always working hard to make sure guests have a memorable holiday.

Fab overall holiday package
This is the 2nd time I’ve booked through Balkan Holidays and would use them again. The whole package including flying from my local airport and the VIP pass are added bonuses. I stayed in the Casa Karina this time which was in an ideal location for the gondola and Morris Bar- my favourite sports bar, as well as the new and old town.

Smooth sailing (snowboarding)
Everything was made easy. Flights, transfers were all easy and smooth. The hotel was pristine and the rooms were cleaned daily if you wanted. Buffet breakfast had plenty to choose from and dinner was the same. All the staff were helpful and friendly. There was a Balkan rep in the foyer every evening if needed. It's second time using Balkan Holiday's and both trips have been very good, would recommend.
