Really easy to book with. Would like a section to request a low floor. Like the idea of not managing my booking and that your invoice is your ticket. Like the price of booking your seats and the price of the holiday. Home your planes are nice too

Third year in a row staying at Iglika Hotel in Borovets for skiing trip. Never any issues with booking, transfers or hotel. All other things such as lift passes and excursions handled with no fuss either. Reps are always polite and friendly

Booked on line. Easy. Had a different airline on return flight. Needed to check-in on return. Given email and code? Unsure so emailed balken and had a speedie reply as what to do. Great

We have travelled for around 19 years to Bulgaria, Pamporovo and for the last few years we have used Balkan.

The rep, Margarita is always on hand if you need her. She delivers your lift pass and information pack upon arrival. She was at the ski depot every morning to answer any questions or support us in booking any activities. We have known Margarita for a couple of years now and she always remembers us and is a welcoming face when we arrive.

I wanted to make a few amends to this years booking and the Balkan Holidays Customer Service team responded quickly (which you don't get in most other travel companies) and were happy to support any changes made.

I would highly recommend travelling to Pamporovo, it is the less popular resort in Bulgaria and is a 3 hour transfer, however it is worth the trip. Full of lovely people and amazing scenery and you don't have to queue to long for the ski lifts. We stay at the Orlovetz hotel and they have never let us down.

Only feedback, I wish there was flights to Plovdiv.
