This was our first professional CD and the team bent over backwards to meet our delivery deadline, and did it with calmness and confidence. The quality of the digi-pack is exceptional. We have had one faulty CD that was blank, but out of a large batch, that's not bad going! Thank you to all the team, would highly recommend this company.

I recently pressed a limited edition run of mini CDs with Band CDs/Wizbit, and honestly, I’d give them six stars if Trustpilot would let me.
From the very first enquiry to the moment the finished discs arrived, the whole experience was flawless.
The communication was exceptionally fast, friendly, and genuinely helpful at every stage. Hollie (my account manager) guided me through the entire process with real professionalism and patience, answering every question I had and making sure I always understood the next step. I never waited more than a couple of hours for a reply, which is almost unheard of these days.
The production itself was spot-on, too. Smooth, transparent, and clearly run by people who care about quality. The final product turned out absolutely stunning and exceeded my expectations by a mile.
Such quality of service is extremely rare nowadays, and it deserves recognition. Hats off to the whole team. I’ll definitely be coming back for future projects without a second thought.

This might sound weird, but I feel the need to say it. After spending a ton of time, energy and ire dealing with companies that rely on automated customer service, it was a genuine pleasure working with you all to get these made. Your attention to detail, patience and general loveliness is in direct contrast to a marketplace that increasingly relies on automated services and AI bots, and distances itself from customers (while using cheesy ‘your business is important to us’ adspeak) and accountability.

I will be telling anyone who needs the kind of services you provide that Band CDs is the place to go.

Great experience working with Hollie and the team. Clear and prompt communications through the entire process from enquiry to delivery and follow-up.

Product quality superb - it was a high-detail black and white image and it transferred perfectly to both CD and Cassette packaging. Looks great.

Also the packaging of the delivery itself was super secure and carefully put together to minimise risk of damage.

Highly recommended and would use them again myself.

I’ve now run two cassette projects through Hollie McCullen. Hollie has been excellent in communication and projects have run smoothly and on time.
