Someone from the company was very quick…

Someone from the company was very quick to respond to answer questions I had about various printer models. The printer I ordered was not available and they worked with me to get a comparable printer at the same cost. To me above and beyond.

Meh....

Products are as advertised and they often have things I can't find anywhere else. It was upsetting that I couldn't get my web order to process and when I called to order they charged more than what I would've paid online!

I'm really not an online shopper, but very pleased with this transaction from the beginning of my purchase the chat agents were very helpful to the closing of the sale- fast shipping! I'd highly recommend it!

Fabulous help online in chat before purchase, and super fast free delivery that was after then it would have been if I had paid extra. This was a gift and the recipients love them!

We were looking for a replacement…

We were looking for a replacement battery for our Janam handheld device. I was able to live chat on the website to make sure I was ordering the correct battery. It was easy to place the order and I received my replacement battery within a week. I installed it and it worked perfect! Would recommend
