New customer to "Bare Minerals" and have found their customer service really helpful, quick to reply and respond to my query. Have been using the powder foundation for a few weeks now and I am finding it really good - in fact have just bought one for my daughter too!

Vicky in customer service was exceptionally efficient and I was thrilled with my discount for an order that had accidentally been cancelled due to an IT issue on Bare Minerals' end. Thank you!

Quick and easy response to my complaint. I was issued with a replacement product, very satisfied and now I have a lip gloss that doesn’t leak!

placed an order before Christmas, still not arrived and still no response to emails but they have quite happily taken my money.

Stephanie displayed a high level of professionalism in dealing with my lost parcel.She was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.It was a great pleasure to be assisted by her.She sent me a replacement product after investigated what occurred with my initial parcel.Many thanks again for your input and effort.

My package was mis delivered by Royal Mail, I reported this to Bare Minerals who investigated promptly . I was kept informed of progress , in the end BM posted me a replacement . Customer Services were extremely good (as are the products) and I would have every confidence in shopping with them in the future .

I had a query over the availability of a foundation product I've been using for several years. My email was responded to quickly and the information provided was useful and informative from a knowledgeable colleague. Excellent and speedy customer service, many thanks.

I wanted to purchase a product and I was given a discount code which I had to apply at checkout but every time I put the code in it would not accept it.
So I contacted Customer services by email and finally by phone, a lovely lady by the name of Stephanie guided me through the process to solve the issue, which was a success and I finally managed to purchase the product I wanted.
They’re always very helpful and obliging,
also I returned a product which was not suitable and they refunded me straight away.
I highly recommend Bare Minerals and their products which are to a high standard and cruelty free.

When contacting the Client Service department (regarding the delivery of my purchase), they were extremely helpful and provided the details I was after in very short time.

Unfortunately I recently had a parcel lost by Royal Mail. Bare Minerals and their team, especially Katia, were so helpful and efficient to rectify the situation. I love Bare Minerals as a product, and this experience is the reason why I will continue to use them. Fantastic customer service.
