Stephanie at customer services has been fantastic today. I had a parcel go missing through royal mail. Stephanie has sorted that out and explained what to do. I had to reorder on express delivery but the charge is being cancelled for me. I really do appreciate her help today

My product seemed to be hard to get so I emailed the customer support team at Bare Minerals.
As fewer beauty consultants with stores closing this was an excellent decision.

Love bare minerals powder foundation, it doesn’t feel heavy at all and provides good coverage. Recently got another great deal on foundation and brush set direct on their website. Purchase has been dispatched quickly. Unfortunately my discount code didn’t apply but Aurore in customer services sorted this out for me quickly- thank you 😊

Amazing!! I have been using Bare Minerals makeup for a few years now and have never felt so comfortable,having tried MANY brands previously. I recently couldn't find the shade of foundation I always use (couldn't see for looking). Anyway, I unfortunately ended up picking the wrong shade. I e-mailed Bare Minerals directly and received a reply within a few hours from a lovely person called Aurore. As a courtesy gesture, they sent through a very easy link to follow to return my item and kindly pointed me in the right direction for the shade I required. I have returned my item and I have now ordered the correct shade which was dispatched the same day. I will use Bare Minerals forever, ha ha. Thank you 😊

Excellent service from bare minerals! Had an issue with the order I had received and I contacted customer services and within 24hrs it was resolved and a replacement sent without any additional cost

I have to say that the customer service I received from bareMinderals was top notch. I ordered my items but one item was missing. I can understand that delivery errors happen from time to time so I contacted bareMinerals for help. The bareMinerals representative responded to, and resolved my issue very quickly. Stephanie was very polite and I was extremely happy with the how efficient she was in resolving the problem.

To say a big thank you to Vicky for responding to my email super fast and confirming that I had written the correct address on my order, I thought I had missed a line on my address. I love Bare Minerals products I have used the make up for many years and have also recommended to family and friends. The length and strength mascara is amazing ( which I ordered) .

Had an issue with the shade I had ordered. Once I got in touch with the Twitter support team they could not have been more helpful. I then received emails to sort the issue and even came home to a nice surprise from them! Very happy and will definitely use again!

The wrong powder was sent to me. The company have arranged for the correct one to be delivered without me returning the original incorrect one and given me 10% off my next order. Excellent customer service

I had emailed Bare Minerals with a query as I was unable to get through by phone and was telephoned by a charming French girl called Aurore who was very helpful. It was nice to have the personal touch and to know that she took the trouble.👍

When ever I have an enquiry I always call them Direct or email them. They are always so helpful and quick to reply.

The make up is great, especially with having to wear masks all the time now. Bare minerals doesn't cause or aggravate breakouts.
