they don’t even deserve one star
they don’t even deserve one star! Appalling service. Streets and public paths never get cleaned, missed bin collection is their common practice, calls or emails never get updated. Barnet Council is a total disgrace and embarrassment

Hey Barnet Council. You hide behind a wall of automated responses that rarely get you to where you need to be. When someone does answer the phone they are so bored and disinterested it's really difficult not to ask them if they know they're at work.
You've changed systems without notifiying anyone so now residents parking permits require completely new input of residential proof and vehicle ownership. When were you planning to tell anyone about that? Once everyone had been ticketed for an expired permit? Disgraceful and incompetant behaviour from an organisation so big that no one cares as long as their salaries are paid each month.
