Merchandise does not look like pictures advertised. They must have used AI. The material is very low quality and overpriced. I've emailed customer service several times. No response. There's not a phone number listed.
DO NOT BUY from this vendor. Baroqueen is a scam.
Ordered a dress from here but it did not arrive. It was only shipped after considerable time and when I contacted them for confirmation that it was going to be, then they sent tracking info. I followed the supposed tracking info, and at the day/time it was supposedly delivered, it was not. I have a security camera and can confirm this. When contacted them for proof of delivery (photo, gps, scan), they did not respond. Fortunately my cc company quickly resolved the dispute. I would stay away from this company.
This such a scam, the dresses received do not even resemble the dresses from this site. Cheep fabrics. Just disgusting
Bought 3 dresses for my wife. $330. If I could give zero stars I would. Absolute scam. Appears to be a fashionable boutique. But it's Chinese rubbish! Had to get my money back using PayPal and my bank. First they offered a 20% discount then 30%. Up to now have refused to provide an address. Temu quality, up market prices. AVOID at all costs!!
