Delivery shortage and slow response.
I ordered a thermostatic bath filler with shower attachment plus a bath waste / overflow attachment on 26 Feb for next day delivery. Despite all being in stock when ordered, when picked the waste was out of stock. I agreed to delay delivery by one week. Shure enough one week later shower turned up but no waste. It has taken until today (15 April) following numerous emails, photos etc for them to admit that the waste was not shipped. Apparently initially all of their warehouse records etc showed that it had shipped so I guess their warehouse needs some attention.

From what youâve described, itâs clear that your order was not handled to the standard we expect. While we did initially advise of a delay due to stock availability, the subsequent issue with the missing item and the time it took to resolve is not acceptable.

15+ Days Waiting - Zero Response on Faulty Oslo Shower Unit
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of after-sales support from Bathroom House. I purchased an "Oslo Chrome Deck Mounted Thermostatic 3 Way System". This unit has been plagued with issues since installation.
Initially, the diverter was faulty (which they did replace), but now the main tap has developed a significant leak that pools in the bathtub. I emailed their support team 15 days ago and to date, I have received nothing but an automated response.
What is most frustrating is their automated "warning" that sending a chaser email will move you to the back of the queue. This essentially leaves the customer in "support limbo" with a faulty, leaking product and no way to get an update.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I am entitled to a product that is of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. This tap is neither. I am still waiting for a resolution and a replacement cartridge. I hope this public review finally prompts a response from someone in the team.

Safety concerns and zero communication â Avoid!
I purchased a hot water tap from Bathroom House, and the experience has been a nightmare. Since installation, the water has a persistent, foul chemical/plastic taste that makes it completely undrinkable. Despite the companyâs claims that the tank is stainless steel, there is no evidence of this in the product documentation, and the taste suggests otherwise.
Worst of all, the company has completely ignored my attempts to resolve this. I have reached out multiple times to arrange a return for this faulty item, and I have met a wall of silence. It seems they are happy to take your money but disappear when their product fails. It is unacceptable to sell a product for human consumption that is clearly unfit for purpose and then refuse to communicate. Save your money and your healthâshop elsewhere.

However just had a message of the customer I fitted for saying itâs leaking not happy the hose has failed so emailed them today to send a replacement and fingers crossed they will but Iâll report back if they do.

No communication & poor quality
Purchased the Bailey chrome bath shower mixer tap & rigid shower riser kit. Quality of the pipework felt quite plasticky and some of the shower head holes appear to be blocked. The Flexi hose connecting the tap outlet to the bottom of the riser pipe was too short and restricted the height of the riser/waterfall head, making it only suitable for people of a height of 5'4" and under.
Contacted bathroom house about a longer hose - no response received whatsoever. Had to purchase a pipe extension from another supplier - this pipe was much higher quality than the Bathroom House riser pipe.
Left a review of the product on the Bathroom House website which was "submitted for review" and was never posted - leads me to believe they don't post honest reviews if they aren't 5 stars.
Wouldn't buy from here again.

Very easy to order although the 300mm handrail was shown the Web site didn't say there was a 400mm version in stock ,and I found it by accident when I did a specific search .
But my experience Bathroom house was perfect ,The pricing was the lowest and the rak quality of solid brass and bright chrome plated is second to none ,Also the flange each end to secure the rail to the wall ,has a wonderful threaded end bezel to cover the fixing screwa

Missing item. Aggressive phone call.
Ordered two items. Set them aside for our plumber. When the box was opened a week later, ONE ITEM WAS MISSING.
I contacted the company and spoke to a staff member called Vinny, who initially said the issue would be passed to customer services. Instead, I received a GENERIC TEMPLATE EMAIL and was then called back and told â in an AGGRESSIVE AND CONFRONTATIONAL manner â that the company would NOT replace the missing item because it was not reported within 48 HOURS.
This so-called policy conveniently allows the company to REFUSE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITEMS MISSING FROM DELIVERY. No investigation. No goodwill. ZERO attempt to resolve an obvious failure at their end.
If you do not open and inspect every delivery immediately, you apparently accept ALL RISK, even when items are missing on arrival. SHOCKINGLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR ETHICS. AVOID.

No warranty, bought a thermostatic mixer tap and full shower, paid for the expensive one and after fitting the water pulsated an didnât work properly, contacted customer services and they kept requesting different videos which I sent, asked for a replacement but they just kept saying send another video, got fed up in the end and bought a different one from b&q which works fine, also the shower is cheap and nasty plastic so changing that too, donât buy as totally rubbish and will not replace or refund .after reading your reply I did send a video of the new tap supplied from bathroom house and how it wasnât working properly. Now your saying itâs not your tap, just constantly lie, the video sent was of the new tap supplied by you!!
