Great as always
Unfortunately one of the battery cases was smashed,but that dosent effect the product,which it probably would of been damaged on transit which isn't battery 101's fault

Bought batteries in mid' 2022, review email sent to me in Jan '25
I've not bought anything from battery101 since mid' 2022 but they have just sent me an email to review them!
I bought 2 pairs of 18650 Samsung 25R 2500 mAh flat top batteries, and at the time their service was quick, prices were good, and the batteries are still in use.
I'd use them again, but their email review system needs a little attention :)

18650 Li-Ion Batteries
Required some Samsung 18650 batteries,found them on Battery 101 great price and free delivery, ordered and paid, arrived 2 days later well packed and as descrbed many thanks woulld use again no problem

Order SL7320: Suspicious Activity On My Bank Account After Purchase
A few days after my purchase at Battery101, an attempt was made to use the details provided to Battery101, to make a fraudulent purchase elsewhere.
Be very careful using this company and watch out for fake calls from your bank after you use their website.
Added post vendor comment: This is not a fake review from a competitor. An attempt was made to use my card online including the full card number, expiry date, CVC number and I was contacted on the phone number used with Battery101 by someone phishing for information.
This may not a direct issue with Battary101, but there's a hole there somewhere.

Superb service and authentic batteries
My battery order was lost due to the postal strike, so not BATTERY 101 fault at all. I contacted Battery 101 about it and received great support and fast responses dealing with the delivery service.
There was even a replacement order sent out really fast.
All cells were capacity tested along with the internal resistance and can confirm they are all authentic !
I will definitely order from Battery 101 again.
