We had been looking for a mini Cooper Auto for some time and all were over 100 miles away. We found a very clean and reasonable mileage (58000) on a 10 plate Mini Cooper at BAV - attended and dealt with Tudor throughout the process of buying the car and arranging part exchange with my wives older (one owner since new 52 plate) Mini Cooper.
Tudor was knowledgeable, attentive, and very fair in arranging a full MOT and Repairs and Service on our new car. It was a pleasurable experience from start to finish and I would 100% recommend using B.A.V for any used car purchasing and servicing in the future. 10/10

I found the whole experience excellent. From my initial enquiry, Gerald rang back when promised and kept me up to date. I had great confidence to travel from London to collect the car I wanted.
I was not disappointed. The description was spot on and it drove effortlessly for the 4.5 hrs homeward journey. A great price, great people. Highly recommend!!

We recently bought my son’s first car. AudiA3. We travelled over 4 hours so were a bit apprehensive. The car was exactly as described and a lovely clean car. Took my holding deposit with a promise of having it back, no explanation of Terms and conditions, said they were putting the car back on sale with my holding fee then ignored several emails requesting money back or even offering a solution. Still yet to receive any “holding” fee back. Didn’t care about anything I had to say. Underlines everyone’s bad experience when buying a car asked to speak to the manager or the ceo and was told that they don’t speak to customers on a face value, mental - Avoid at all costs

Bought my first car this weekend and was really happy with the help offered by the team. No pressure, but plenty of information when needed. My dad was able to take the car for a test drive and was given plenty of time to test it. Looking forward to learning to drive in my new car.
