The best trip to the opticians I've had in 25 years! Literally flawless in their service and care, the Optician was an absolute ray of sunshine and the dispensing technician was helpful and knowledgeable. Rather than the revolving door of certain highstreet opticians, these guys took their time and made sure I was happy at every stage. My new glasses arrived 2 days later, which was blindlingly fast! The zeiss lenses are incredible, super clear and come with a scratch replacement deal, they also had a great range of frames and stock the brand that I like the most. Faultless, will see you again in 2 years!

I went to Bayfields for a sight test
I went to Bayfields for a sight test. The staff were fantastic. I had my eyes checked and was immediately referred to the optical department at the local hospital by the end of the day I was at hospital commencing treatment for wet macular degeneration. I am so grateful that the optician found the issue and acted so quickly and efficiently. My sight has been saved because of your expertise and actions thank you so much 😊
