Extremely bad and full of fake profiles. I contacted bbwcupid about this and they agreed it could be a problem.
I was told to report these members who I thought were fake.
However, there's an issue, profiles get created and then disappear very quickly.
As do profiles who ask you to 'chat elsewhere' such as Google chat and WhatsApp, where if you take up the offer of chatting elsewhere, they are soon asking for money.
Good tactics eh?
And bbwcupid are blissfully aware!
I've called them out and they said they understood my concerns, so after this, they offered 'goodwill' of another month free with them!
Why would I want that?
So, now they are ignoring my emails, my concerns.
I've had no option but to go to my bank to claw back my payments.
Action Fraud UK have also been notified of their practices.

I signed up for a year membership and was so happy to meet men who found me attractive. Now I want half my money back (6 months into my year). I have had 4 men try to scam in 28 hours. It is ridiculous. I guy I was chatting with for 3 months hit me with an email scam. Got a message from a soldier in Syria. That’s cute- we aren’t stationed there. Gave a local man my number only to find out he lives in Ghana. Now I’m seeing more 🚩 with most messages I’m receiving.

I had a very overwhelming experience using this website. I was searching through profiles and I liked some of them but then about a dozen or more messages started coming at once. My screen was literally covered with messages. There were so many messages that I became confused as to who I was chatting with after a while. I don't chat online with 15 or 20 people at once in little windows that pop up. I can't handle that. And then there were these notifications on the other side of the screen. Very overwhelming.

Hello been on here few days put my information on here then when I messsage a person then to be told cant see other people messages until I pay the thing is how do people expect to get to know people if messaging isent free let alone being able to read other peoples messages think thats so wrong not happy with the way its working wont be using again as other sites are more flexible to use and at least you can reply and intetact more with messages without having to pay just for that feature

The site is so overwhelmingly taxed with scammers and only hook ups. I found it to be extremely offensive because that’s not what I’m looking for but the lying and the manipulation is off the charts beware.

I could give a zero if possible. I opened an account like 10mins ago. Uploaded a photo and was filling up my profile info when suddenly my profile was blocked. Like under 5mins on the site and I was blocked, I had not even interacted with anyone. I ask for assistance from customer service and they are asking for my passport/ID details- you already deleted my profile, how do I submit those? Shouldn't you ask me to verify my account WHILE I AM STILL ACTIVE? Normally, you verify email and THEN your profile. How do you verify if I am not even done completing the profile details. You just saw a photo of a PoC and decided it was a scammer?
Terrible and discriminatory app. They discriminate against Women of Color.
