I ordered a beautiful Juliet Dunn dress that sadly I’m going to have to return. There’s far too much fabric so didn’t do me any favours and you’re sold out of the smaller size. Such a shame as the fabric is stunning.

A new favourite!
This was my first purchase from Beach Cafe but will not be my last! The website is great, the order process was simple and my beautiful Jetset bikini arrived quickly, wrapped and presented in a lovely box.

Tia was amazing
Tia was amazing! She assisted me over a period of a good few weeks when I was trying to buy one of the most people items they had in store. Great company
Great company, great products of high quality. Orders have always arrived quickly and beautifully wrapped. Free returns is a bonus. Lovely Seafolly swimsuit
Lovely Seafolly swimsuit, very stunning colours and fits perfectly. Love that it arrived quickly in a handy and pretty beach cafe bag that will be useful to put my wet costume in if I go to a spa. Great service and wonderful product.

Slow refund
I ordered an item of clothing from this company and returned it quickly as it did not suit
After several emails It has taken 22 days from receiving the return to process my refund!
However I did receive a voucher as an apology and had useful feedback
Good to know the company do listen and act on complaints
