Went to the beacon park branch to look at washing machines,served by Will ,the model we were interested in Will gave us a full demo and knew the products functions well ,he explained all the relevant facts ,top job by Will.

Great service. Quick delivery and the 20l meaco dehumidifier is an excellent item. Has reduced the humidity and moisture in the house and the laundry mode is excellent for drying the washing.

Fantastic service from Dave in the Plymstock shop. I hadn’t decided between two different washing machines. He found out exactly what I needed and told me the differences between them and helped me choose the right one so pleased with the machine

Our freezer broke down and so straight to Beacon Electrical it was.
I went to my busy 'go-to-guy' Ben and the experience as usual was STRESSFREE! He had our details and so just needed to know what we wanted to order and he dealt with the rest. Fantastic! Amazing! Great!

No, I'm not being paid for this review. I always PRAISE great service and my reviews for Beacon Electrical are well earned.

I encountered an issue with my dehumidifier and recently replied to an email from 8 months ago that contained the order details. I explained that the dehumidifier had stopped working and was now completely non-functional. To my surprise, I received a call on Saturday morning asking for more details about the problem. By Thursday, I had received a replacement. The service was outstanding—better than I’ve ever experienced before. I wish more companies operated this way.

Had the cooker a month now time to review
Positive nice controls and sturdy good heat.
Cons
The hob marks very easy some times hard to move any stains or marks.
Oven door really have to slam shut we slightly lift door now and close,not really impressed.
Paid for 5 year cover at time of purchase no real acknowledgement or what is and not covered not impressed will give a bit longer before I complain.

Also the service and delivery I recieved from Beacon was Excellent.

I can't recommend Beacon Electrical enough, a fantastic price paid for a TV but moreover the Customer Service was superb right from contacting them by phone, their courtesy call on the day of collection and through to going in to the store to collect - Good old fashioned Customer Service! No hard sell on the extended warranty, just helpful information and left at that for us to decide. They loaded the TV in our vehicle and did so with the utmost care. Thoroughly nice people, if only there were more businesses still like this. Thank you Dan, Will and the rest of the team (who I didn't get their names). Very much appreciated.

Very prompt delivery. No issues with order at all.

We were struggling to find this product. Beacon Electrical had it in stock, it was delivered on time. The product is great and works well, we are using it instead of the tumble dryer, and it’s cheaper.

Ordered Meaco dehumidifier on Friday arrived on Wednesday at given time.

Shocking customer service and misleading website ordered a free standing cooker paid for installation delivery and recycle they phoned this morning to say they couldn’t install a gas cooker in my area even though the website said it could so I’ve asked for a refund the email they then sent to me was stating my payment failed there security checks and my order has been rejected to Jason and Ben your emails need to be correct

We recently purchased a Whirlpool washing machine from Beacon Electrical, and we’re extremely happy with it. It’s quiet, efficient, and washes really well. The delivery men set everything up for us and took away our old machine. Overall, it was a very positive experience!

I have been a customer for many years. The service is excellent. Staff are knowledgeable and always do everything possible to ensure customer satisfaction. The installation teams are careful and professional in their work. I am very happy with purchasing goods from this company.

I, myself, have had two very positive experiences with Beacon Electrical from staff interaction over the telephone, ordering, paying and delivery process. Ben advised me of availability of the stock item which he then ordered, how to pay and when our cooker would be delivered.
I am very impressed with the customer service that I have received - thank you Ben.

We have just bought two NEFF ovens from the Totnes branch and the service and price was unbeatable. The staff, particularly the manager, went out of their way to accommodate our needs and overcome some delivery problems. Highly recommend this shop, a real case of the benefits of shopping locally.

Easy to order at a good price and was delivered as described and on time .

I needed a new microwave and was fortunate enough to have a voucher to buy one from Beacon Electrical in Plymouth. Their store is clean and well presented, they have good parking and it’s easy to find. I immediately had help from a friendly man who helped me choose the microwave and got everything sorted out with the voucher. He even helped take the microwave to my car. The staff were all very friendly and I was really impressed - I would definitely go here again - thank you!
