Beaumont Tiles - Caboolture レビュー 

I recently visited Beaumont tiles Caboolture, and I must say the service was outstanding! From the moment I walked in, the service assistant was welcoming and extremely knowledgeable about the different types of tiles they offered. They took the time to ask about my project and provided personalized recommendations based on my needs and preferences.

The assistant Madonna was patient, helping me narrow down options and explaining the differences in materials, finishes, and durability. I appreciated their honesty when recommending tiles that suited my budget and style. They were also able to suggest complementary grout colours and finishes, which made the decision-making process much easier.

What really stood out was how the assistant took the extra time to ensure I understood how to care for and maintain the tiles after installation, which is something I hadn’t considered.

Overall, the level of service exceeded my expectations, and I walked away feeling confident about my purchase. I would highly recommend Madonna and Beaumont tiles Caboolture for anyone in need of quality tiles and exceptional customer service.

Shane at Beaumont Caboolture has been extremely helpful with our tile designs in our bathrooms, laundry and fireplace for our brand new family home. I spent a lot of time trying to figure out what would look and go well in each room, Shane went above and beyond comparing tiles against vanities and tapware etc to ensure we achieved the look I was searching for. I will be recommending him to anyone in SEQ looking for advice around tiles. Thank you Shane!!

Items were purchased through our business.
I placed the order online for click & collect, and included the company name, plus company email address.
When my staff member arrived to collect, they questioned him about who he was because my name was on the order. When he said that I was also his mum, they questioned that, and then asked for proof.

At no stage during this, did the Beaumont staff call me......... or even look at the paperwork, as they would have seen the business name on it.

The product themselves were fine.... but maybe the staff need to be trained a little better. Time wasted on our end for something as easy as reading a piece of paper.
Customer service is what keeps people returning.

It would have been 5 stars except one of my large tiles was broken. The package had some corresponding damage.
