From our records, the parcel was delivered shortly after this review was posted, and we received no further communication from you after we reached out.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you were happy with the price and packaging, but we’re sorry to learn you were disappointed that your Lacoste Eau de Parfum didn’t arrive with a box.

Some of our products are offered as “unboxed” items — always 100% genuine and brand new — and this is stated clearly in the product description at the time of purchase. We do this to offer customers the best possible prices.

I am so sorry to hear that your order did not reach you.
In cases of disputed delivery we do need to direct this issue to the courier service so that the whereabouts of your parcel can be investigated.

Once the investigation has started this can take up to 30 days to complete, that is not to say it will take that long this is just the timescale that we are advised by the courier.
I am very sorry that this issue has not been resolved for you as of yet however once we have the outcome of Royal Mail’s investigation we will update you.

Please be advised responses regarding courier investigations are monitored on a daily basis.
I do again apologise for all the inconvenience caused.
