We’re very sorry for the frustration you experienced with this order. You placed an order for 8 units of Marc Jacobs EDP, but unfortunately, while your order was being completed, other customers purchased the last few units available. This meant we couldn’t fulfil the full quantity you requested, and as it was our last allocation of stock, we had to cancel the order.

We understand how disappointing that was, and we also regret that your refund was delayed — this is not the experience we want our customers to have. Once we received full clarity on the issue, your refund was processed and completed quickly.
