Morgan helped us achieve a lower rate for renewal at a steal of a price, thanks again

Third time that we've used BEC to arrange and manage our Electricity Contracts. Karl has been great, whole process to get us a great deal this time only took around 30 minutes !!

Karl Green talked me through different options to renew Electricity up to 2029 gave me quotes at lower prices and I decided to stay with pozitive energy. quickly sent through docu,ents to sign and found it an easy process as usual.

I’ve been using BEC for over the last 8 years and they have always managed to provide a great service and above all the most competitive rates for our gas and electricity.

After fraudulently moving my Electricity supplier two months ago, they have now renegotiated my Gas account, with a huge increase 50% in costs to start from January 2017. I have never engaged with BEC to do this, i have never signed a letter of authority, they were rude and dismissive on the telephone when I call them last time, this time someone was going to call me back within a couple of hours, heard nothing. Will complain to Ombudsmen, see if they can do anything to stop this fraud from going on.,

I normally dislike dealing with these kind of companies and they can be less than truthfull. I however engaged really quickly with Francesca Jennings when she called my business. She was very polite and very helpful and I agreed to chat with her again about fixing my elctric charges. I waa then passed through to Jordan Herbert who was very clear in his price comparrison and helpful on any queries I had. An overall excellent experience. No complicated phone system, straight through to advisors and contract dealt with within the hour.
