Fitted sheet ordered and delivered very promptly.
Having used and washed item happy to recommend.

A slight misunderstanding was quickly rectified (emails had gone into junk mail) with a phone call from Bedlinen Direct. Alternative sheets offered and they are lovely quality with very deep depth and perfect fit for the bed. Thank you for going the extra customer service mile, it was much appreciated 😊

Excellent quality sheets. I live in Republic of Ireland and delivery was excellent considering sheets were not for a standard bed - camping/caravan single bed. Bedlinen Direct service was top notch from Carl. Definitely getting my house sheets next time

I have ordered a large amount of items recently due to a house move and everything so far has been of excellent quality. One item out of stock but very prompt notification and enquiry as to what I wanted to do. Excellent customer service.

Excellent quality and service. First class

Feather & down topper £370 came and was so strong a smell it was eventually taken back by manufacturer and replaced. Second one is still lying in spare room to air and now notice some stitching is missing between two boxes. I have been told to return it by insured courier to manufacturer for examination even although I sent photos to Bedlinen to prove the fault. I would say to anyone to look elsewhere as this company just turns everything around to make them look good and customer ends up the loser.
As you can see by their reply to my review they have turned it round as the person who uplifted the first topper said it was a very strong smell and although I had left it to air for nearly a week they then said after a day there was no smell!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible experience with this company. Bought one of their so called breathable sheets, it was like a sweaty piece of nylon. When I questioned the breathability, they were very rude and would not entertain a return. The customer service is terrible, will never buy from them again.

Great service in terms of promptness and particularly good communications keeping me updated on timings and availability of product when in stock. Unfortunately, the item was not right and I had to return it but customer service was excellent and a refund was made quickly after receipt. Be aware that you have to pay for the return of items.

Happy with my purchase. Item was delivered in a reasonable time. Packaging was intact with no signs of damage. The valance was abit awkward to put on the bed frame but it looks lovely on and good quality material.
