Avoid this company. They are crooks. Delivery late and they refused to accept responsibility. They told me I should be the one to investigate .
They then proceeded to charge me for the return postage and they attempted to deduct the delivery charge. After 30 days no refund received.

Ordered mattrass with next day delivery
Days later and it never arrived.
Requested a cancellation and a refund as we have had to go elsewhere as the mattrass was required.
They then stated that they cannot do this as the mattrass had "just" been handed over to DPD.
This after they had already previously stated that delivery would be 3 days previous.
Liars and scammers. Do not touch. Do not give them money.

Avoid this company. Absolutely appalling customer service.
They ignore any communication after several attempts to find out when the refund for a mattress over 10 days ago.

Do not use this company. Ordered 2 mattresses which apparently were delivered weeks ago. I’m still waiting for the order and for someone to tell me when i will receive my refund.

Specifically ordered a 22cm thick 'medium to firm' mattress from Bedz Online via B&Q but similar to a previous commentor got a 17cm thick one that leaves a gap between it & the bottom of my headboard. It's also to my mind a very soft mattress and as soft as the one I was originally going to discard. They did at least get the 'double bed size' correct. Had a couple of replies from them asking for photos of the mattress sent, then radio silence albeit just a few days, but not even an acknowledgement of my last comms to them. Wasn't intending on leaving a review so early but reading the other reviews, this is clearly not a one-off If this isn't resolved to my satisfaction in due course I'll be dragging B&Q into this too as their standards have plummeted over the last few years. I'll leave a revised rating if Bedz Online pull their socks up, but reading these very poor reviews it looks unlikely that will happen anytime soon. Got their mattress propped up in the hallway while this issue gets resolved so not ideal.

Scam company. Refuse to refund money for a return. Unbelievable they are still on Amazon.

Appalling Customer Service! Ordered 2 mattresses - delivered 1. Seller: “bare with me please” & “ we'll get back to you once have an update”. No clear information whatsoever. Next, Seller: “issue with the Amazon courier that affected timing of your shipment” - (doesn’t make sense as actually managed to deliver 1!?) then “your item will be delivered ASAP”. ASAP? That tells me nothing. After that, they went to ground on both Amazon & myself.

Unfortunately Amazon would not let me post a review because they said “it focuses on one of more of these topics” (Sellers, Delivery, Packaging, Pricing, Availability) - guilty! My review focused on the Seller and Delivery!!

Don’t just read the Amazon reviews regarding this Company, read the reviews on Trustpilot also, I’ve strongly suggested to Amazon that they remove this Seller from their platform, not doing Amazon’s own reputation any good. Please AVOID

Ordered 2 mattresses and only received 1 mattress. Customer service is absolutely shocking they just constantly ignoring. Iv requested a refund now because it’s taking too long and they are not communicating whatsoever!!

Ordered a medium to firm mattress but very soft arrived in December, been emailing ever since for an exchange as their error. I was told one had been dispatched but surprise, surprise nothing has turned up 4 weeks later. No communication now for just over a week will be taking to trading standards as goods not as described. Disgusting service.

One star is too high of a rating for this company. Absolute scammers. Ordered a bed frame, through amazon. They sent the wrong one. Contacted them to arrange return - was told the return cost would be at my expense (although their mistake!). Disputed this numerous times via messages through amazon, as again their mistake, why should I have to pay. Gave up in the the end anr arranged the return at a cost of £30. Item was delivered back to them on the 5th December - have photo evidence and proof of delivery by courier. Have contacted them numerous times, again, as it's now 18th Jan25 and still not received my refund. Was told initially it would be checked with the manager and someone would get back to me. Had no response from this. Have chased up over and over and now they have stopped responding to all messages. Absolute joke

absolute scammers. sent me wrong mattress even tho had ordered one already and clicked on link to buy another the same with no offer of refund of delivery cost week later no solution sorted but 3 days off work waiting in for husnain to keep lying to me. con artists buyer beware!!!!!! and no one will call me or give me a complaints number to call.

Very bad company went through b&q and ordered a mattress they sent a diffrent one to what I wanted and at the point I asked for a new one they have gone silent and stopped responding don’t attempt to order anything wish I looked at reviews first also wonder why b&q had no reviews
Been 2 weeks and we haven’t gotten anywhere

Stay clear at all costs! Ordered a double mattress for my child’s birthday mattress came not even their brand but looked more of a baby crib mattress! Tried to return will not respond their phone line doesn’t work. 4 months later still no £80 back in my bank from them. Disgrace of a company

One star is too high, rating for this, cowboy outfit, but I had to tick at least one star to begin. A firm orthopedic mattress, there was the first untruth, the mattress was as firm as a face washing sponge in any persons bathroom.
So then I tried to complain and was polite, to them but it seems there english knowledge is different to my English vocabulary, they sent me a dispatch label for me to download, and instructions to take a 6 foot x 3 foot x8 inch mattress to my local post office counter.
This was to be sent at my expense.
I can only suggest to walk into a crown post office behind a mattress alarms would have been sounded and a trip. in a blue light taxi ordered.
This company of outlaws have failed to suggest any other rectification they seem to have lost my email address.
So please please all you people keep away from this apparently wonderfully sales patter and don't give them any money or business.

Proper scam.i paid 109 for a mattress I only see on the photo .never received the item and no one will willing to help .hopefully trading standards will do something.

Do not go near this company. They sent completely the wrong item. They demanded that I paid for a return before they would talk to me. Then they ghosted me. Never heard from them again.

Had to go through b&q who hosted this company on their website and all sorted.

I ordered a mattress in January 2023 to date I am still waiting for it to be delivered. I had to purchase another mattress elsewhere. I wrote to Bedzonline to complaint about the non delivery of the mattress. They told me that the mattress was delivered and I subsequently saw my profile photo and message on Trust Pilot saying how wonderful the company was. I was dealing with some personal issues, hence the delay in following up this matter. I do, however, feel that I have a responsibility to warn others about this company.
