I ordered goods for mothers day

I ordered goods for mothers day, the parcel arrived damaged and products missing. I have given them proof of the damaged box.
I have asked them to contact Royal Mail they usually take pictures of delivery.
Boots are taking a long time to respond in between emails.
Over a week now. The response I get is my refund, replacement has been rejected.
I have been a loyal customer to Boots.
I will no longer shop with them.

I contacted M and M about a delivery that wasnt delivered by Evri
Still no response 3 days later and emails that I have senr to this company.
Absolute shocking customer service.

I ordered a coat for my grandson

I ordered a coat for my grandson, the evri courier didnt knock on my daughters door or ring the bell. The courier left the parcel on a busy street and now no parcel.
Companies should stop using Evri, absolutely rubbish at delivering.

Avoid this company

Avoid this company. Absolutely appalling customer service.
They ignore any communication after several attempts to find out when the refund for a mattress over 10 days ago.

Sent a parcel,Ups collection

Sent a parcel,Ups collection. Measured correctly by hubby who deals with measurements on a daily basis being a builder! Weighed it correctly paid the fee of £33 only for them to take out £67 without them giving me a heads up, or without giving me proof.
Absolute sham of a company avoid this company at all cost they rob you blind, as for the customer service a total waste of space.

The customer service of dream home store gives is outstanding.
Nothing was too much trouble and went out of their way to solve my issue.
They replied to emails promptly and resolved it really quickly. I am very impressed with this company. Highly recommended.

The delivery drivers were…

The delivery drivers were friendly,polite and respectful even put boot covering over their boots to delivery rhe bed which I am happy with.
Definitely recommend this company.

Bt Responded to my previous message on…

Bt Responded to my previous message on here and asked me to visit Bt Facebook to sort my complaint out.
A very rude lady called Sharon Responded on Facebook and now thinks we should not of been given any compensation at all, we was told it was going to be installed Feb 22 eventually fitted June 19th 23. Sharon told me it was not a commitment date this woman along with Bt have caused so much anxiety they truly lie and don't clearly have a clue and certainly do not care about their customers. Absolute rubbish!!!

I ordered fibre optics into the…

I ordered fibre optics into the property it was due to be installed end of Feb 2022 December 2022 still no fibre into the premises, I was told there will be compensation for this calculated on a daily basis lack of service with the internet that we had, engineer not turning up when they was supposed to and the fibre wasn't installed when it was supposed to have been in Feb 2022. Bt then cancelled our order in December 2022 not at my request. Bt then opened a new order to get out of paying the full amount of compensation due, fibre into the property was eventually installed June 2023. I was told by 3 different customer service agents that I would be getting compensation from Feb 2022 to to June 2023, Bt paid upto they cancelled my order they are a bunch of lying toads, customer service people do not have a clue, they are do rude.
Shocking company that do not keep their promises .

I purchased a chair on February 4th…

I purchased a chair on February 4th 2022, it became faulty. The chair was returned on the 5th July 2023, shocking customer service email after email sent no response from the company.
I contacted citizens advice who advised to send the company a letter giving 7 days to respond, the company have received the letter and yet again no response.
Avoid using this company absolutely appalling.
