Be Kind Cleaning Services レビュー

I'm a new client to be kind cleaning services after being recommended by a friend who herself is a customer, I have not been disappointed, very pleased with end result, quality of work is excellent and they could not have been any more pleasant, courteous and customer focused.

My mother needed her gutters clearing. I contacted the guys and the work was carried out the following day. Very professional company and very easy to deal with. I’d definitely use them again. These are people you can trust and finding that isn’t easy these days.

Living in a block of flats which are supposed to be cleaned through the management company... 3 years later and still waiting. Found Matthew through a recommendation and the whole process has been seamless and easy, from booking to payment after the clean.

Due to the amount of dirt on windows (from it basically being a building site up until recently), I didn't think one clean would be enough and expected it to be just a little better and wait for the next booking to see the real difference.

Came home today, inspected all windows and couldn't be happier. They are spotless. They even managed to get the windows covered by pointless railings clean!

Cannot recommend Be Kind Cleaning highly enough.

Thank you!

Very efficient, windows were cleaned really well. Will definitely use again

I have been fortunate to find a window cleaning service afterbeing let down on many occasions. I have been a customer of Be Kind for about a year now and I must say, I am really pleased with the service provided. Windows always look clean. The window cleaners are reliable, polite and do a fab job. I highly recommend Be Kind to anyone looking for sparkly clean windows!!
Happy customer, Fairwater, Cardiff.

Have had a couple of cleans now and we're really pleased with the communication, the service and the results. Turn up when they say they will and are respectful and diligent. Would recommend.

Saw the van at a neighbours after having been let down by previous window cleaner. Had a response and my windows cleaned that same day. Great communication and even send a photo if your not home. Can't fault the customer service! Thanks Matt and team

Incredible communication and service.

Can't recommend Matthew and his team enough, they not only did an incredible job of my home but were extremely efficient with a last minute job I needed for our restaurant.

first time we used Be Kind to clean our windows. Fantastic result no smears and the windows are gleaming. The company keeps me updated when they are coming - great communication. The lad that cleaned our windows was very polite. Highly recommend. Booked in on a regular schedule.

Had our windows/doors cleaned yesterday for the first time in a couple of years & they were gleaming in the sunshine! Great job at very good rates. Looking forward to using Be Kind on a regular basis. Would definitely recommend. Sian

What a delightful company to deal with! All of the people we've dealt with have been so very helpful, polite and KIND.
On top of that the service and clean was excellent, and the communications are top notch. Highly recommended...give them a try and see for yourself.
Thank you.

Windows and doors look great, guys were really nice and polite. Looking forward to having clean windows again.

Be Kind Cleaning Services have been cleaning our windows for a few months and we couldn’t be happier with the results! The team are friendly, professional, and really careful with every detail. They made our windows sparkle and let in so much more light.

What I appreciated most was their kindness and patience; they went out of their way to cover the area where we live (this was not an area they initially covered). They made sure everything was done just right and sent photos of the windows once they had been cleaned.

Communication is excellent, we receive a message the day before they are due to arrive and can request a specific time of we want to.
Plus, their pricing was very fair for the excellent quality of work. Being able to pay online makes life so easy.

We highly recommend Be Kind Cleaning Services to anyone who wants reliable, thorough, and genuinely caring cleaners.

10/10 would recommend
