Bellevue Rare Coins レビュー

The service is great once a customer service person was available to help me. The wait for an available customer service person was WAY TOO LONG!!!

The staff there is excellent. Friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. The prices are always better than I can find other places. They are my go-to store and when people ask where to go to buy gold and silver, I send them there.

Very courteous and kind people making an appointment prior worked very well and was seen very soon after I arrived. Thanks for making it so easy.

Staff very knowledgeable, helpful, good humored. I felt completely comfortable with the process.

Fast service, no attempt to up-sell me.

Always a pleasure. Always helpful. And has a pretty easy re order set up for phone orders. Keeps info so quick re order. :)

Easy and trustworthy!
Fair price for my Silver Eagles...Cash on the spot and done.
Bellevue Rare Coins is my Go to dealer!
They have purchased Thousands of Dollars of my surplus collection over the years.

We were greeted with a smile and got immediate service. They were very patient with a bunch of 1st timer type questions. Also, their website was a big help!

I inherited a coin collection and was planning on getting a few appraisals but after dealing with Maddy in Bellevue I instantly knew I was dealing with a honest and thorough appraisal and sold everything on the spot. She was amazing and so knowledgeable about the collection. She took her time explaining everything, showing us pricing in books and I left feeling 100% comfortable about the offer. I was actually surprised with offer- thank you Maddy for your outstanding service and pleasant attitude.

short wait, smooth transaction.

Excellent customer service. Fair exchange with no stress. Will definitely shop and work with Bellevue Rare Coins again.

I was told from a family member that Bellevue rare coins was a really good place to sell your jewelry. I went to the Lynnwood location and drove all the way out there just to find out that my jewelry estimate was completely off. They low balled me. The person who appraised my jewelry, I feel that he didn't do his job right. There is a better store by the Commons mall that I can get way more then Lynnwood believe coins. Very disappointed and I will never go to any Bellevue rare coins again.

Bellevue Rare Coins greeted me immediately. I had an appointment for them to view my uncles accomplishment pins from Boeing. Zach went through each pin and told me value or no value. In the end we made a deal. Thanks Zach!

Carina made our experience great! She was helpful and kind. Very efficient and we got a great value for our collection. Thank you again!

I reached out to Bellevue Rare Coins because they claimed to buy and offer appraisals on vintage comic books. I explained that I had not just one, but a collection of books. I was then asked to make an appointment to visit Bellevue Rare Coins when a qualified appraiser would be available.

When I arrived at the Bellevue location as was agreed, I was greeted congenially by a staffer who started to look at my books. He was unable to establish interest in my collection by reading a detailed inventory I provided. After inspecting a just a few books I was asked if would leave my collection with them for review. I balked at this request and was told their comic "expert" was at the Issaquah store and I could make an appointment to meet with him.

I already made an appointment and was disappointed. The old adage of "Underpromise and overdeliver" Seems not to be a policy of this business.

To be clear, I was treated in a friendly, courteous manner. The business simply failed to provide a service as promised.

the woman who served us was excellent: she was fast, organized, pleasant and polite.

We had a great experience at Bellevue Rare Coins in Lynwood. Chandler and Angel were awesome, very professional, proficient and personable! They made us feel welcome and were very knowledgeable and open to sharing the knowledge! They made what could have been a daunting task, a genuine pleasure! Thank you Chandler and Angel!

Misunderstanding was taken care of very professionally as they are all about establishing long-term relationships I will definitely be returning

counter person was quickly attentive, efficient and pleasant.

The jewelry appraisal I received was only about 15-20% of what we paid for them. Surprisingly, the top-quality Leo Diamonds were way undervalued. Essentially, I received a valuation based only on the weight of the gold, with nothing added for quality and appearance. It was like a bad pawn shop experience.
