Not honest or trustworthy.

Tried to hide damage they did to our vehicle. Wouldn’t own up to it. Asked for a refund and the owner just walked away from us. Benchmark won’t tell us what accident our vehicle was involved in when it was in their care. They just say uhh we don’t know, the guy that worked on your car isn’t here right now”

It’s a cover up. But the long arm of justice will catch up to this company.

AVOID and STAY AWAY. You’ll regret going here.

Will damage your vehicle.

Bad service, damaged our vehicle, now my trunk doesn’t close correctly and there are rips in the rear seals. The owner Mike came out and looked at it and said “real sorry about that” and then walked away. I said “do you expect me to pay for this?” He just walked away.

Mike and Katie have no business in auto detailing if they damage vehicles. I would NEVER TRUST your vehicle to them.
