Excellent service from the shop to deliver. Shop staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. Delivery guys were great. Phoned in advance and had gps tracking.

Staff in the store were friendly and helpful
The delivery team were also friendly and put the furniture in the room as requested
We were kept up by emails and messages regarding delivery dates
Have also received information about caring for our new furniture
I would definitely recommend Bensons to anyone

My experience was great because the staff were friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. They took the time to listen to my needs and provided clear, honest advice without any pressure. The store was well organised and the range of products was good, making it easy to find what I was looking for.

Mattress purchase
Took my elderly mum to purchase a new mattress - nothing fancy, just comfortable. Kyle understood what we were looking for, gave us the options and didn’t try and force her to buy something she didn’t want.
Consequently she very quickly picked what she wanted and purchase, delivery and removal of old mattress was all sorted very quickly.
