Simple credit set up and admin

I’m not happy with the bed. I called customer service yesterday to change the size of bed because I wasn’t happy with the size that I chose. And they have given me the wrong mattress. I asked for a soft memory CR soft mattress and I got a spring mattress not happy at all I be calling customer Service again.

The sales advisor in the shop was helpful and very good at his job.

Great, but a few less texts & emails would be appreciated.

The team in Aylesbury are really knowledgeable and helpful, and gave us information and left us to decide, went with Bensons to buy a tempur mattress instead of the competitor (next door!). The delivery team were brilliant and made the swapping out of old for new really easy, considerate and professional. I used the online delivery service to amend the delivery date. Received emails, sms throughout with updates and reminders, and a phone call to confirm timings on the day of the delivery which was helpful because I was working from home and could arrange meetings to work. Would recommend.

Brilliant efficient service

I have not built my bed yet so my review is about the service to date. From the time of ordering which I placed over the phone, because I knew which bed I wanted, right up to the delivery the service was excellent. Whatever they said was going to happen did. I was informed of the delivery date when I ordered and soon after was sent a email and text to tell me my time slot. They also said I would receive a call 30 mins before delivery which i did. The two gentleman that delivered the bed were smart, polite, happy and friendly. Excellent service. Thank you.

Excellent service from Bryan in the sales team

Staff were friendly and not pushy like other Bed companies. They asked if we needed help and once we said we were just looking they left us to carry on. Once we made our decision they were extremely helpful and went through all the options and did not badger us into extras that we didn't need. Great service from a great team.

Buying a new bed is a big decision and something that I did a lot of research into. When I arrived at Bensons for Beds in Aylesbury I was met by and extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful Salesman. He took time to understand what I was looking for and explored lots of different options on bed frames and mattresses. The process was so straightforward and stress-free it made buying my new bed a real pleasure. I finally decided on the Alexis Ottoman Bedframe with a Air 3.0 Memory Firm Mattress. Delivery was within 3 weeks and the guys that delivered my bed and mattress was respectful of my property and took the bed and mattress to the room required. I wouldn't hesitate to return to Bensons for Beds should I ever need to purchase another bed. My new bed is so comfortable and I sleep like a baby and wake up feeling refreshed and ready for the day ahead now.

Display beautifully laid out. The salesman was very knowledgeable and soon showed us exactly what we wanted discussing all the advantages and the price. Ordering was very quick and efficient leading us through everything. Delivery date excellent The salesman is a credit to the company.
