Very welcoming and helpful staff

Drivers were so helpful and it didn’t take long to take old mattress and bring new one in.

Excellent service and communication. The bed itself is absolutely great...so comfortable.

I spent over £2,000 on two beds and waited three weeks for delivery. I paid extra for delivery and assembly, expecting a professional service.
A few days before the scheduled delivery, I still hadn't received my delivery time, so I contacted the store. That's when I was told there had been a problem and they couldn't deliver on the agreed date. The only alternative they offered was another date weeks later, which was completely unacceptable as I had already planned around the original delivery.
When I decided to cancel because they had failed to honour the agreed delivery, I was told I could be charged a 20% cancellation fee because it was more than seven days after placing the order. Expecting a customer to pay a cancellation fee when the company is the one that failed to deliver as promised is unbelievable.
The whole experience was stressful, frustrating and handled very poorly. Customer service showed little flexibility or understanding, despite the problem being entirely on their side.
I cancelled the order, went to IKEA instead, bought two beds and mattresses the same day, took them home, assembled them myself, and saved myself a lot more waiting and hassle.
I would not recommend Benson for Beds Basingstoke. Poor communication, poor customer service, and a very disappointing experience from start to finish.

We were very undecided on what we wanted but finally made a decision with the help of the salespeople in the branch. The cost to remove old bed was high so decided not to have this. Apart from that all okay

We went to two bed companies, bensons and another bed company. The difference is service was immeasurable. Tom was the epitome of professionalism and helpfulness and explained everything clearly and made sure that we were happy with our purchase

We were helped by a really knowledgeable and friendly guy (apologies I can't recall his name) he really asked questions to get to know our sleeping habits and requirements and spent time making sure we made the right choice. We didn't feel at all rushed and he explained everything to us about the products and how they would suit our sleeping style and posture. I was really impressed.

Nice to have a store to look at products rather than just pictures online. Received useful information on products and shown variations on colours and sizes. Felt no pressure to buy and given lots of information on payment options.

Stuart at the Basingstoke store was very knowledgeable, and help me pick out the right mattress and base for my Dad’s needs, what we needed wasn’t easy as I had very specific measurements from the rehab centre Dad is currently at, made harder by the fact that Dad wasn’t with me when I visited. The whole experience was stress free. I walked away feeling confident we had made the right informed decision. I came in near the end of day and wasn’t made to feel rushed.

Al the time we were given advise from the salesman and when had ordered the mattress we was kept in contact by text about the delivery and on the day was informed of the time frame it would arrive also the driver rang us to give us a time he would be with us

The delivery men were wonderful
Polite and efficient
Unfortunately there was a screw missing and bensonsfor beds have done nothing to replace it.

Fabulous service, great product and delivery team were awesome

Unfortunately this is my third mattress in 3 years. I have had 2 defective mattresses and on the second replacement Customer Service and store experience was awful.
Store manager rude and unhelpful.
Customer Service showed no interest in my issues and took days to respond.
It took over 2 months from initial enquiry to getting new mattress.
