£100 pillows developed a strong glue…
£100 pillows developed a strong glue smell. Customer service said the store would exchange them, but after travelling there Jay refused, saying he “had no code” and sent me back to customer service (closed weekends). Total waste of time and money — shocking service for premium prices.

Very reliable products
I always shop from bensons for beds their quality is very reliable especially mattress,I am using their mattress for 15 years never had any issues.

Very helpful assistant
Nabila, the assistant who saw us coming in could not have been more helpful. She explained what was available and found exactly what we wanted. We hope the delivery process is equally as good.
