In the shop I couldn’t fault but they cancelled my original delivery date stating my outstanding balance hadn’t been paid . I took finance out and i completed all forms , so that was a oversight from shop staff , luckily i was off the next day for delivery next week otherwise it would have been another week to get bed due to no fault feom myself .

Barbara a manager who sets very high standards.
Once again great service provided by a fantastic customer representative Barbara remembered me from my last purchase 2 years ago ,with a pleasant smile and laid back professional approach to meeting my requirements. After matching me to the correct product she then explained pillows sleep positions and how the mattress works and only then when I was satisfied did we do the sale and arrange delivery a great focused customer service package indeed .
