Friendly welcoming staff with great knowledge to suit our needs

Visited the Bishopbriggs store to look for a new mattress for my son. We were welcomed on arrival and the staff were respectful. Gillian who has a wide knowledge base, listened to our needs and showed us a wide variety of mattresses and I tried them out. Great selection and a bonus the one we chose was in the sale - Sealy Edendale single.. Overall a very good experience and great customer service Gillian. We have bought from Bensons before.

Very helpful. First time buying a bed so was unsure what we were looking for. Stewart went out of his way to help us and made the whole process feel easy and not once did we feel pressured or rushed into making a decision! Thanks Stewart and Bensons for Beds Bishopbriggs :)

We had a great experience when ordering our new bed recently. Kerri approached us shortly after entering the store and asked us what we had in mind for our visit. Advised just to browse, see our options as we were upgrading our bed and also looking at small sofa beds as well.

Kerri showed us some examples, had us try a few mattresses. Was very patient with me as I was struggling with back pain.

After trying 4 mattresses she gave us some space to explore options and try other brands before coming back to check on our progress.

After only planning to visit and browse, we did go ahead and order a new bed as there was a fantastic deal on. It was lucky we went in that evening as it was the the last day of that deal. So after saving over a 3rd of the cost we left with a delivery date set. Looking forward to it arriving.

From ordering to delivery 1st class service from start to finish.

Ordering & buying the new mattress was hassle free & the mattress was delivered on time so no complaints.

Excellent service in the showroom from Oliver across our 2 visits. He was very knowledgeable about the products on offer, and worked well with us to find the right mattress for us.
The service from the delivery team was great as well, in and out in no time at all, even helping me move my existing mattress to another room while that waits for recycling collection from another company.

Service, delivery, staff

We visited Strathkelvn store twice over a weekend - the Manager from the Kilmarnock Store was covering and dealt with our sale. Cannot speak too highly of the service we received. From advice to purchase to delivery and set-up.

We had purchased a king size chrome frame and paid for set-up. 3 man team arrived within promised delivery slot and had completed the delivery and install in less than 30 minutes of arrival. Fantastic service.

Wish they sold other stuff :-)

We purchased a mattress from these guys and the customer experience was excellent. Stewart the salesman listened to exactly what we told him our needs were and sold us the correct product even although it was less expensive than the mattress we were looking at initially which tells me that this company put the customer needs first. Delivery was flawless and they took the old mattress away. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Poor from the moment I left the store.

The mattress removal fee was never discussed, so we naturally assumed this was included. Had it been explained at the time of purchase, there would have been no issue.

After placing the order, we never received an invoice for the outstanding balance. As a result, our delivery was delayed without our knowledge. There was no phone call, no email, and no attempt to let us know there was a problem.

I eventually had to chase the order myself, only to be asked whether I had received the invoice. When I explained that I hadn’t, I was simply told the delivery would now be delayed by another week. Again, there was no apology and no attempt to rectify the situation.

We invested in a premium mattress expecting a premium buying experience. Instead, we’ve received substandard customer service from start to finish, and despite spending a significant amount of money, we’re still no closer to receiving our mattress.
