Brill. Great experience.

Good advise from the lady who seved us and never put under any pressure.

The mattress warranty is invalid as it states on the care guidelines.. don’t sit at the edges of the bed and don’t kneel on the bed. It doesn’t say avoid . I discussed this with the manager Craig who said if we told every customer not to kneel on the bed we would never sell any. I asked him how does he expect me to get in and out of bed without sitting at the edge he said I was taking it too literally.

We have bought from bensons three times now each time theyve been fab! The products are outstanding. But the customer service is even better, great contact for delivery, easy to get in touch with and swift resolution. I’ve ordered both in store and online and each way has been easy and well done!

Awesome. The whole experience was top notch. Sadly the majority of companies don't value their customer experience. Don't provide good in house telephone support and don't every have friendly helpful staff. Bensons was great from start to finish. Thank you :)

We needed a new Bed in our Bedroom and one for our guest Bedroom, Bensons had a 25% Bank Holiday sale at our local Bolton Branch which was brilliant. We arrived and was greated by the manager Glenn, a very friendly and knowledgeable man, we explained what we required for each Bedroom, he guided us through the Large store and thanks to him we purchased the 2 required Beds...1 x double & a small double. The whole experience was very pleasant thanks to Glenn and his expert advice and guidance, many thanks to him. The Beds were delivered around 2 weeks later, we decided to erect these, unfortunately the double one had a sticking drawer, this would have damaged the material on the top edge, it was rubbing with the Bed frame. We telephoned Bensons and spoke to Glenn and explained the situation, he requested a couple of photos of the problem which we emailed him, within a very short time he telephoned us back with a date for a replacement base unit, excellent service! The replacement was delivered around 2 weeks later, we were not inconvenienced due to being able to use the faulty unit while we waited for the replacement. The 2 delivery staff, Eddy & Nick were excellent and very professional, they carried the new replacement up to our Bedroom and kindly slotted the unit into the top base unit and also placed the mattress back, thanks Guys! All round the service from start to finish was of a very high standard, above and beyond what we both expected, even the tracking of our order delivery was again exceptional, thanks "Bensons for Beds" 100% + service, and thanks to all the Staff we dealt with...Dave & Anna Evans.

Ordered an ottoman wooden bed which was damaged. I paid £100 for it to be built, when being collected the drivers weren't "allowed" to dismantle it, so they left with the new bed that couldn't be delivered. Next email I got said it would be 12 weeks till the bed would be in stock again.
12 weeks later got the date for another replacement, after numerous frantic phone calls from the delivery drivers to whoever?, they dismantled the bed and built a new one.
Second damaged bed!! Today I had the call to say the delivery would be in about half an hour, so I made sure they were aware that the bed needed dismantling. Oh they don't do that he said. A lady from Bensons then rang and asked if I could dismantle it myself, I'm 63 with bad arthritis, that's why I paid £100 to get it built.
Still waiting for an answer and surprisingly the driver or Bensons aren't answering calls. Terrible communication between carrier and store, never again

Lovely friendly staff at the store , very helpful . Delivery staff 10 out of 10 as we live in second floor apartment, no complaints so cheerful

Well the service in the shop was second to none! Absolutely brilliant. It was delivered today, exactly as expected. It was a bed for my dad and he said they were brilliant. Well done Bensons!

We was well received by Brittany when entering the store for the mattress. They knew exactly what we wanted. When paying for the mattress we was given an additional cleaning kit which was helpful. The staff brought the mattress in no time, and helped us load it on to the top of the car. Overall, we had am excellent experience, and would recommend Bensons again to anyone.

Thanks for the reminder from Benson's Homes about checking if the bed size is fit for our room. Luckily, we could change another bed size free within 7 days cancelation period. The in store staff, Simon is so lovely and helpful to help along. I really can't say thank you to all of you guys! Very appreciative all the service from Benson's Home.
