The staff were very helpful and…the offer was good.
The staff were very helpful and welcoming. I took advantage of the interest free credit and after paying the deposit and giving basic administrative details was told that a link would be sent via email and I need to complete the loan application at home. This I did and it was more lengthy and involved than expected and would have preferred to have done so in the store.

Bensons For Beds always provides great service. I wouldn't buy from anywhere else. The sales lady was very friendly, knowledgeable and really helpful, and the process was smooth and efficient.

Bed and mattress purchased
I purchased a bed and mattress from Bensons in Hartcliffe in April. Julie was so helpful & friendly when we visited the store, lots of advice and when we were interested in certain items possibly for my 2nd room, she rang me with updates on changes of price and availability few weeks later.
Overall a great experience and will always return to bensons. Julie, a big thank you for all your help.

The sales woman was really helpful and approachable, I loved her realness and common sense approach. I appreciated the sale as it made it affordable and nice to get it delivered in a few weeks giving me time to decorate.
The mattress felt good, I’ll know more when it arrives.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Still not forfilled there agreement several weeks on. I was a repeat customer, but will ship elsewhere next time. Just ignore your emails.

Good friendly, helpful service
Went looking for a new bed was greeted by very friendly, knowledgeable staff who talked me through all the options available, without putting any pressure on me to make a decision.

Excellent service
Excellent service! Lewis at the Imperial Park branch, Bristol, was professional, personable, and nothing was too much trouble. He took time to explain the features of all the mattresses I was interested in and gave me the time to consider my options. So much better to go to a shop than purchase unseen on the internet, Thankyou Lewis, you made my decision much easier and more enjoyable
