Bensons For Beds - Broadstairs レビュー

From the store visit with a very helpful staff member (Kyle) there was zero pressure and he didn’t over crowd us. He helped us choose the perfect mattress and bed. The delivery guys were great. So polite and helpful and they did a great job putting our bed together. Absolutely love my bed…. A little too much haha.

On time. Pleasant delivery men. Helpful

Benson's for beds is the only place I will be getting my mattresses and also bedframes for the future now! Love my new mattress igel firm matresss helps support your back because my back was in bits with my last bed (memory foam) so glad I listened to my body and got a new mattress im so happy 10/10 happy customer 👍🏽😁

My experience with Benson for Beds has really been a good experience. I have had my mattress for a week now and am finding it really comfortable. I have received further emails from Bensons with aftercare advice which has been very helpful.

From helpful salesman to the information regarding delivery and was on time great service

Very good experience, very helpful and friendly guy who helped me find the bed I was looking for, walked out extremely happy would recommend to anyone :)

All members of the team were very helpful but the delivery people had a lot to be desired.
I had to supply scissors to open packaging then I was asked for a screwdriver and they had know idea how to put the bed together took 2hrs

The assistant Karen was extremely helpful… top service

B4B in Westfield Cross, Broadstairs: very knowledgeable, polite and patient salesperson, Tyrrell, made out purchasing so easy. No heavy sell, just a friendly rapport. Delivery driver Mykell Simmonds and his colleague were also very friendly, polite and hugely strong. And punctual. Regular email update and live delivery information added greatly. We are very pleased with our bed & mattress purchase, and with B4B.

The service was great. The delivery men were polite and very respectful. As soon as they entered the house they took their shoes off, without being asked. A big thumbs up to them.

Visited Bensons!! Was a great experience from the sales assistant asking what we both were looking for-great communication skills, great knowledge of the matters we finally chose!! Kyle thank you for making the trip hasel free!!!

Mark in the showroom went out of his way to help me select the right bed. He was professional, kind and extremely helpful. I was told what would happen throughout the order and delivery process. My bed arrived on time and in perfect condition. Thank you Benson beds. Especially Mark.

My salesperson was extremely helpful and not pushy at all, which made the whole experience very pleasant.

I ordered a divan bed with storage underneath and a piston hinge mechanism. I chose to build it myself, which really allowed me to see the excellent quality of the bed. I was very impressed with how well made it is.

The delivery team were also very helpful. They called ahead to let me know what time they would be arriving, which I really appreciated. When they arrived, they ensured the delivery went smoothly and even helped me get the bed upstairs to the room of my choice.

Overall, a great experience from start to finish.

Mark Mallory at Westwood Branch gave 11/10 service, great experience, exeptionally knowledgable.

Many thanks Mark for the assistance.

Very comfortable bed , great service in shop with Maxine being extremely helpful , and delivered
and assembled with great care .

I would have given five stars due to the second delivery but due to my experience this is why …

Our mattress was a huge 6ft with a gel topper so pretty cumbersome and heavy.
The first two guys anrrived and didn’t look as if they were confident to take the mattress up the stairs. I tried to explain that we had purchased a similar mattress 7 years previously and that it was taken upstairs perfectly, I wouldn’t say easily, but it was done.
They were concerned about the metal surround of the mattress and were not happy about the thought of damaging the mattress as this would be detrimental to their jobs. They were happy to force it up but wanted me to sign a disclaimer.
I was very disappointed that the delivery couldn’t take place, but was also sympathetic to the guys concerns.
I contacted the store that we purchased it from and they were very helpful and informed me that they would get back to me asap.
To their word they did, and assured me that the said mattress would in fact be delivered later in the day by a different team.
Annoyingly this was to be around 5pm, after the mattress had been picked up by the second team.
Finally, the mattress arrived by two fabulous guys, they knew exactly what they were doing, they were professional, considerate and fast. They were experienced at moving large items and were confident.
As a suggestion to Bensons, if they know certain larger items might be problematic to some members of their delivery staff, give those type of orders to the more experienced chaps, then smaller items, or simpler deliveries to the less experienced guys. This would save everyone lots of time.
To summarise I would order again from Bensons, the staff at the store were helpful and sorted the problem quickly.
