Delivery of bed went very well . It was at 7.00 am and we do not live in the property yet, so I tried to contact Benson to ask for later time . Although telephone answered I could not get through to anyone to talk to. However gave up as am early riser and was able to be there. Delivery men delightful and helpful

Excellent service all round. Helpful attention in store, efficient billing, good communication afterwards regarding delivery, which seems to have gone well. I wasn’t there as I have not yet moved into the property, nor have I slept in the bed!

Very efficient service

We were warmly greeted by a lovely Sales Assistant, Rinsha,in the Cambridge store. She then allowed us time to look around but came to our aid when we had questions. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We tested her patience when we thought we had found the bed, only to change our minds. She was completely understanding and provided quotes on both choices. We didn’t feel rushed. The order was placed and she helped to sort out a delivery date to suit our needs. Rinsha should be congratulated on being a valued member of your Company. I would have no hesitation in recommending her and the wonderful customer service she provided.

Rinsha was amazing we came in to look at an adjustable bed for my mum, she suffers really bad with her mobility and back so we were looking for something that can help her sleep. Rinsha was very helpful, took her time to go through things and was very patient with us.

Excellent service from a very knowledgeable salesperson

The staff were very professional and helpful in giving us advice and showing us all the different types of mattress in the store and we tried out a vast amount of different makes of firm and medium to firm mattresses. We ordered the chosen mattress and it was delivered in good time by very helpful delivery team. However the mattress we brought is a lot firmer than the mattress we tried in the store and the wife and I are not sleeping very well. We do understand the time sleep trial period of 7 to 40 days in getting the mattress to settle in and adjust to our body. We are in the early stages of using this mattress and we are both under the same agreement that we may need to seek an alternative less firmer mattress in the coming weeks.

I was disappointed to find out the mattress i ordered kept getting back ordered because the factory didn't have it in stock, when the online system said it would be ready by a certain date. I had to wait nearly two months and had to pay an extra 1000 pounds to get another mattress since the one i originally wanted kept delaying.
